BTW, the DUmmies are in full mourning for this dictator. The fact that they are in full support of a man who advanced their socialist cause even in the wake of him essentially becoming president for life and getting dissenting opinions off the airways is so frightening to me.

I know that a lot of people are dancing over this. It's been a long time in coming with his cancer and all. Maybe now people like Danny Glover will stop singing his praises and Sydney Poitier will stop glamorizing him.
I'm sure the nation of Venezuela is going to go through another uprising and we can only pray that good and honest men and women prevail.
All that being said, I'm not hoping up and down and singing about his death, because I know that ultimately what happens down yonder will be the will of an Almighty and Sovereign God. Let's pray for peace down there, and for a ruler that will stand up for honesty, integrity, and righteousness.

...the Laugh-In line, “And General Franco is still dead.” I never got the joke but they used it often enough that it got a hugh laugh. Actually, it was from Saturday Night Live. I never got that joke either.
