Mpls. Police Ponder 8 P.M. Curfew After Youth Mob AttacksThere have been six mob attacks, in all, since February. Now, police are now wondering if an 8 o’clock curfew keeping anyone 17 and under from two downtown streets will stop the violence.
Nicollet Mall is a destination for many. Outdoor patios where drinks and food are served are a draw not only to people who live here, but also tourist.
Since February, when the sun goes down, later in the evening, mobs of teens take advantage of the darkness and attack.
A video captured on 6th Street and Nicollet shows how the mob of teens viciously attacks innocent people.
Police have made four arrests, but continue to search for others. They’ve beefed up patrols and monitor video from cameras that cover the entire downtown area.
Actually the only way it will get taken more serious is if it is gay men getting beaten. Minnesotans need more than straight, professional,or suburbanite white people getting treated poorly to begin fueling any real outrage.
This exact thing has happened in E Block not too far away. It was supposed to be the new center of downtown life until it was taken over by black punks and it chased away my former fellow Minnesotans...now they’re left with a fairly newly developed area that has few businesses left.
Who knows...Nicollet Mall is supposed to be the showcase of downtown Minneapolis so maybe this will finally start opening some eyes to the real problems going on there.
A number of women I know still work downtown (mainly at Target) and they don’t like working until dark due to how much more seedy the area has gotten.
I had an article from The Business Insider pulled the other day because it referenced the Ulsterman Report.

Consider that The Law of Moses made NO PROVISION for long term incarceration; you were forced into a plan to make full and complete restitution, or you got hauled out of town and stoned to death.
Consider, too, that the only place you can REALLY lock anyone up "for good" is in a GRAVE.
The Feral Thug Subculture was born of marriage between the welfare state and the black victimhood mentality. This belief system is unique to blacks because they carry a perpetual chip on their shoulder as a result of slavery. They live in the past rather than looking toward the future. The immigrant groups who started out as part of the underclass when they arrived were looking toward a better future rather than being fixated on the past, and thus were able to improve their position in American society, often within a single generation. They came prepared to work toward an improved future for themselves and their children, not sponge off the government.
Conversely, the feral subculture has an ingrained "gimme" mentality, combined with a deep-seated resentment of those who have succeeded through personal effort.
There's something wrong with a society that pays people simply for existing. Any able-bodied person who has their hand out for a welfare check should be required to produce in some way (even if just picking up garbage by the side of the road, or some other useful contribution to society). Many of these people have no idea how to work. Requiring them to produce and contribute to society in exchange for their living expenses seems like a reasonable step, and might help instill a work ethic, at least in some cases. Of course, under their chosen Obamessiah, the job opportunities for EVERYONE continue to dwindle.
Phantom Phixer, did the news reports actually say black? I ask because I almost never see that in print or hear it on the radio. Everyone around these parts knows that when a race isn’t specified the perp is black. In every other news story about crime the race of the perp(s) is specified. I’m curious if it is the same in other parts of the country.

Isn't Socialism/Marxism the common factor, whether in Africa or in New York?
I hope the owner of that mall takes this very seriously. To put it simply, people will stop shopping there if they do not feel safe.
Where I used to live I watched one mall fail because of such violence, another had a problem with teenagers and ultimately requied a police presence (driving away families), a third with good bus service gained inner city shoppers and lost affluent shoppers. Leaving a fourth mall that seems to be doing well - residing in the next county over far from the areas largest city.
The abused business owners will be happy about that.
Nobody gets fined for violating a curfew if they have a valid reason to be out-- returning home from work, class or the like. I would be willing to bet that Mobile County has a significantly lower crime rate and drop-out rate than others with similar demographics.
An old coot from the north woods calls the county extension agent one day to report that a family of skunks have taken up residence under his high stick house and he wanted to know how to get rid of them.
Agent expains the options for live traps but says that he heard they are repelled by the smell of lutefisk, so he might try thorowing those under the house on a regular basis. The old coot thanks the agent and says he'll try it.
A few weeks later, the agent gets a call from the same old coot who reports the lutefisk worked great and drove the skunks off. But now he had another problem.
The agent asks what that was. The old coot replies "Now, I have a family of Norskies living under the house."

Actually consider I’m sure that 90% of the black population does NOT go out and beat up people for fun, it’s more like just less than 1% of the population is holding everyone hostage.
Yeah. The ruling elite (throughout history) turns one 'class' against the other, to keep the citizens from 'turning' on the ruling class.
