Yeah. The ruling elite (throughout history) turns one 'class' against the other, to keep the citizens from 'turning' on the ruling class.
I don’t see how any “ruling elite” is forcing these black teenagers to form a mob and beat the life out of anyone. Care to elaborate on how your scenario works in real life? I just don’t see it.
