Mobile's (Alabama) Juvenile Curfew.

All the Mobile County Public school children (all grades) must wear a school uniform in a prescribed manner to all schools.

The city of Mobile is 48% Black and the surrounding county is 34% Black

One of the nice things about a juvenile curfew is not only the drop in crime but the willingness of the police to enforce it because it generates revenue. The parents only have to be hit in the pocketbook once to be encouraged to keep their feral spawn at home.

Nobody gets fined for violating a curfew if they have a valid reason to be out-- returning home from work, class or the like. I would be willing to bet that Mobile County has a significantly lower crime rate and drop-out rate than others with similar demographics.
