What has he been wrong about? He calls current events perfectly, and many times calling the turns they take before hand. You can not like him, but unless you can dispute facts, why comment?

I can’t listen to most radio hosts these days. I can take being given the news, even all the negative news, but to have people cycle the anger ‘round and ‘round and ‘round I can’t tolerate. I need to keep a positive attitude and walking around mad all the time does not cut it.

Geese Fly-Over at beginning of Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor Rally
At Exactly 10:00 am immediately following the Intro Music at Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor Rally a Flock of Geese did a Fly-Over in perfect formation over the Reflection Pool starting from the Washington Monument almost to the Lincoln Memorial.
With that, Glenn Beck had both his miracle and his flyover which had been refused by the government.
I'm convinced this man is here for a reason and he certainly has my full support ...
Most people don't know these things. Even people my age, 53, who got good public educations didn't get history in the detail that Glenn provides.
And that is what a good teacher does: he finds interesting new things to share and shares them! You make is sound like a failing when that is EXACTLY what a good teacher should do!
It doesn't change the quality of the information whether Glenn learned it this morning or was born knowing it. All that matters is that he is sharing useful information. And that is what he does day after day after day after day....

Many posters have come to believe that Beck's revelation are the stuff of fancy. Simply because they cannot accept the idea that it could happen here. Yet, here we are, on the brink of becoming true socialist country (if the politicians have their way) and they still say, "Nope, can't happen here!"
Beck often talks about the "structure the health care law put into place". That is the real problem. It's not about health care, per se but rather, for instance, the federal take over of all student college loans. Why is that important? Because the structure is now in place so that when the kids of today go to college they will be indebted to the federal govt. who will tell them where they have to work and for how much.
People don't want to hear that this country is being mugged in a dark alley by the very people that are supposed to be keeping it safe. The wealthy do not fear what people like me fear - the future for my children.
The Bush children will never have to worry about their future. The Trump children will never have to worry, etc. They have enough to keep the monsters out. Those of us living in middle class America don't have the ability to ward them off.
This is why Beck scares/rankles so many. His shining of the light onto the rogues in the alley are anathema to what we've all been raised to believe - that America is the last shining beacon on the hill. It is beyond their ken to think that there are "Americans" desperately trying to snuff that light.

That’s interesting. Glen is now saying we should have stood with Mubarak - in the first day or two of the Egyptian crisis he said some very different things.
Glen doesn’t always think things through before reacting.
I know he’s often correct about things- I just don’t care for his personality so I rarely watch or listen to his shows.
I attended both public and private (Catholic). Though your reply I find somewhat incredulous. Are you stating that you never were taught history or government in school?

IMHO you are spot on correct. I am thankful there is someone on TV who has the ability to get through to so many people and forewarn them about the dangers of trusting the MSM and not taking an interest in the political world around them. Any and all assistance in getting through to the thick-skulled in a way that makes them comprehend the danger of the "it doesn't involve me" liberal mindset is an excellent achievement.

But the kicker: if a transaction is mode for an amount over $100, which means one tenth of an ounce of gold, also required will be a "signature, photo, and fingerprint of the person with whom the transaction is made." In other words, very soon Washington state will know more about you than you know about yourself, if you dare to buy any gold object worth more than a C-note…..
I never said anyone said he was. I said “he is not God”. The way some prattle over him, one would have to wonder. I probably should have said “a god”.
Glenn has some idiosyncrasies, admittedly a recovering alcoholic and ADD, but he is probably also gifted in the academic sense, he is definitly intellegent and intellectually curious. Born and baptised Catholic, he is a Mormon who says he married into it, and also that he doesn’t know exactly what it teaches. Combine all that and the obsessive interest in politics/religion, and human history, I think he speaks above the head of his audience because they can’t stay with him regardless whether they agree with him or not. He wears one out, like a number of brainy professors will.
He is a semester course given in an hour. Every day. But, because we can’t keep up doesn’t mean we should rule him out. My 2 cents.

I’d bet that 3/4 of the vitriol against Beck comes from “real Christians” who hate him for his Mormon beliefs - sorry to say ...
Why comment? humm, Its an open forum, maybe. I’ll get back to on the “facts”. Let’s take one thing at a time.
