This is stupid. If you comment on somebody, you should ping them whether or not they are on your precious “ping list”.

Hell yes, I’m serious. You made an assumption that the documents had to be folded with the receipt on the bottom in order for the toner transfer to take place.
“Ha Ha” offered you an alternative “folded document” scenario. And I offered up the possibility that the documents weren’t folded when the toner transfer took place.
Had you considered either of those possibilities before you posted, I imagine you wouldn’t have immediately called El Sordo a liar.
Sure, if by "basically the only COLB" you actually mean "one of three different COLBs" apart from Obama's that say "Date Filed By":
With Obama's, that makes FOUR different COLBs that say "Date Filed By."
So if four isn't enough for you, exactly how many examples do you need before you'll be convinced that there's nothing wrong with the word "Filed"? A dozen? A hundred?

Hawaii Officials Lie For Obama
Hawaii is a ‘closed records’ state, meaning that vital records are available only to those with a direct and tangible interest as defined by statute; hence, they are not subject to disclosure under public records requests.”
Hawaii will do everything they can to - stall, BS, lose paperwork, and lie - to applicants who request documents instead of complying with this law:
§338-13 Certified copies. (a) Subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18, the department of health shall, upon request, furnish to any applicant a certified copy of any certificate, or the contents of any certificate, or any part thereof.
(b) Copies of the contents of any certificate on file in the department, certified by the department shall be considered for all purposes the same as the original, subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18.
(c) Copies may be made by photography, dry copy reproduction, typing, computer printout or other process approved by the director of health. [L 1949, c 327, §17; RL 1955, §57-16; am L Sp 1959 2d, c 1, §19; HRS §338-13; am L 1978, c 49, §1]”
The Hawai’i state legislature agreed with Dr. Fukino since they passed the vexatious requestor legislation that she was testifying about on a vote of 41 to 10 in the House and by 24 to 1 in the state Senate. And then the Republican Governor of Hawai’i (whose administration had originally requested the legislation) signed the bill into law.
Obama’s birth certificate can be released without Obama’s permission by the state of Hawai’i under court order. That is the appropriate way to achieve its release under Hawai’i statutes.
Yet another assumption: all the datestamps should be exactly alike.
It's not just the day portion of her datestamp that is smaller. The whole stamp is smaller, which could be a result of how the document itself was photographed, scanned, imported, stored, etc. If it's an image of a datestamp, then there are logical explanations for differences in size.
In the very bottom example that you provide, try enlarging the whole datestamp so that the year portions are exactly the same size. I bet the day portion then looks more as you would expect.
