They didn’t come from Polarik. They came from people attempting to help Polarik with his “research.” That, in and of itself, doesn’t discredit the documents.

What, you think Polarik Photoshopped them from other COLBs? What other COLBs? Why on earth would he do that? And why would he make them say "Filed" if they originally said "Accepted"?

Seriously, that makes no bloody sense whatsoever. There's nothing approaching a coherent narrative behind that notion.

Need I remind you that Polarik posted examples of his attempts to fabricate COLB content, and those illustrated just how much he sucked at Photoshopping?
