The obvious context of Dr. Fukino’s statement was that the posting of Obama’s internet scanned image of his COLB should have ended the birther controversy.

The Hawai’i state legislature agreed with Dr. Fukino since they passed the vexatious requestor legislation that she was testifying about on a vote of 41 to 10 in the House and by 24 to 1 in the state Senate. And then the Republican Governor of Hawai’i (whose administration had originally requested the legislation) signed the bill into law.

Still Hawaii did not say or verify that they issued the Obama COLB published on the Internet at the DailyKos or at "FactCheck".com is an authentic document or has not been altered.

Listen, I only know the COLBs as posted by Polairk do not appear to be a bit credible. Look for yourself. I know why I think he did it, but you use your own judgement.

If you can interest any prosecuting attorney in the nation in subpoenaing the original documents, then we could all know for sure.

Local, state, federal and the Supreme Court accept with defense legal briefs the state of Hawai’i’s verification statements as being authenticating of the facts of Obama’s birth.

Here’s the skit I’d like to see on SNL.......

A young man goes into the DMV to apply for a driver’s license and when the clerk asks for proof of identity the man tells him “I forgot to bring my birth certificate with me but it’s posted in the internet” and proceeds to show the clerk his birth certificate on his Face Book page.

When the clerk refuses to accept that as proof of identity the young man says “Why not? It worked for Obama”.

Are you suggesting his is phony too? Are you just going to keep deeming every COLB that says "Filed By" a fake to avoid having to admit that "Filed By" is legitimate language on a COLB?

What she asked to see isn’t the point. It’s perfectly acceptable to ask for more evidence. I don’t take issue with that.

It’s unacceptable to call two people liars based on an assumption that the toner transfer could only have taken place with the receipt folded behind the BC inside the envelope.

We’ve established that there are other circumstances under which the toner transfer could have occurred.

You might want to actually take a look at: “subject to the requirements” of HRS 338-18.

You may know that the "any applicant" is Danae and others like her are "the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record" as they have met the " “subject to the requirements” of HRS 338-18" " for copies to their long form Hawaiian birth certificates, and to otherwise deny them, is a violation of Hawaiian law stipulated in HRS §338-13.
