The alternative is to send BO his Kenyan birth certificate posted in reply #249. Authorization isn’t needed from BO/BS for that form and would have the same effect.

No, you didn't see many blacks because there weren't many. The 2000 Census shows in Honolulu blacks comprised only 1% of the population. We can be certain there were even fewer back when you were there. Bill & Hill were the very first so called "Birthers," but Bill said he was immediately hit with the RACE-CARD and after that they didn't dare to touch the eligibility issue again. Remember Bill was the first black President, and dealing with Chicago thugs, no way possible???
Everybody in Congress would have been faced with the RACE-CARD and that scares the hell out of them!!!
The "Race Card" was played against Bill Clinton because of him comparing Obamas' South Carolina primary victory to Jesse Jacksons. It didn't have anything to do with the birth certificate.
And Trent Lott performed an apologypalooza, prostrating himself before the altar of BET.
But your overall "Race Card" point is why I think this whole question of the birth certificate is a political field full of land mines.(Not to mention the fact that IMO, most of the BC claims are bogus.)
Despite what some here want to believe, the ultimate resolution for this quest will be an impeachment conducted in the House of Representatives, and as I've said before, I don't believe either party wants anything to do with removing the first sitting black president.
I am of the opinion that most of the people involved in the so-called birther movement are good honest patriotic citizens who love their country, and the kind of folks I would love to have as neighbors. I'm just not sure we all remember the beating the conservatives took as a result of the impeachment of Bill Clinton. (It will be much worse with Obama.)
Once the eligibility question is in the hands of politicians, this will be nothing but ugly.

I’m used to Google scrubbing stuff also, but when McAfee gave a false flag on Leo Donofrio’s site in order to try to get people to report the site as unsafe so they could have an excuse to block it, it really bothered me. Those are the jerks we’re trusting to keep our computer safe?
At this point I’ve seen so much it just makes me angry and more determined, rather than scaring me. Sometimes I feel like the Black Knight in Monty Python’s “Holy Grail” - if they cut my arms and legs off I’ll still at least bleed on them. lol.

Now there’s a statement I can whole-heartedly agree with. The only way the politicians will do the right thing is if they are afraid of us. Literally afraid of us. Afraid that we will land them in the slammer for a long time. That’s why I think this is a law enforcement issue and why I believe that pursuing the crooks in Hawaii before the politicians or DC Circuit Court get ahold of it is so vital. That’s why I’m “pimping” my blog.
The first snag we had was the possibility of riots if this was found out. Obama has done so much to rape this nation that even his most willing victims are waking up to what’s happened. I don’t think there will be riots.
The second snag we had/have was corrupt judges - like Judge Robertson, one of Clinton’s “Magnificent Seven”, who slapped frivolous charges on eligibility lawyers because the case had already been “Twittered”. We still have that snag.
But now we also have evidence of criminal behavior, including the Hawaii DOH’s indirect confirmation that Factcheck and FTS COLB’s are forgeries. And there are still brave souls who may yet fear the people more than they fear the Chicago machine. I’m not sure, but I think Lt Gov Duke Aiona may be one of the good guys. Which is why Abercrombie gave up his US House seat in order to go to Hawaii and campaign for the governor’s race.
We’ve got two fronts going here: the criminal one, and the Quo Warranto one. I believe the timing is crucial. Just like the citizenry had to sour on Obama before they could bear to hear that he’s ineligible, the DC Circuit Court needs to realize that the criminal behavior to cover up Obama’s documentation is being exposed. Obama once said that it was only him standing between AIG execs and the pitchforks. The CD Court needs to be that aware of the public’s disgust with the CRIME conducted by our government.
If we can force media saturation because of the criminal events going on in Hawaii AND the story of Obama’s lawyer threatening the media heads (come on, Sean, come out with it!) the DC Circuit Court will realize they HAVE to do the right thing.
Again, that’s why I’m “pimping” my blog. The facts of the criminal behavior need to come out in plenty of time in order for this to all come together. Having Jeff Kuhner on board could be fantastic, but the bulk of the buzz is still going to have to come from bloggers - like the ACORN and global warming fraud stories.
WE have to frame this as an issue of GOVERNMENT LAW-BREAKING (which it absolutely is) rather than anything political. Keep it out of the political hands until they have realized we WILL make them answer for what they do. Scott Brown’s election was a shot across the bow. Now let’s finish the job.

It was a controversial even on FR but when Florida was dealing with the Terri Schiavo issue I had some petitions going to impeach a couple of folks. There were freepers in more than one area of Fl that were being followed and probably their online activities being monitored. I think with the current mindset of our govt that most freepers who are posting comments are being watched regardless of the issue because we are all ‘against’ the socialist agenda. It wouldn’t surprise me a bit.
I know Orly’s has been filed. Is the other Donofrio’s or Berg’s? My brain is fuzzy right now.
I’m a native Texan and proud of it. Glad to hear this! I’ll try to remember to check that site often. If something new comes up let me know!
The point here is that, if something is going to happen, you and I will MAKE it happen. You and I, and other Texans, must file the complaint demanding to see the evidence that was used to certify BHO's eligibility for POTUS as a natural born citizen.

BIOCHEMKY, unless you can provide a time stamp where Obama makes a comment that would not only sink his presidency but vindicate everything that the birther movement has been saying all along, why'd you post this CSPAN debate, telling us it contains something that it clearly doesn't?
It's mind-boggling what Obama is getting away with because of the cowards in Congress, it's probably too late now and utterly impossible to impeach Obama over this issue but we certainly can weaken and taint him over it, the Phony, the Usurper, the Fraud, the Imposter, the Pretender.
Don't know how trustworthy this Berg fella is, he being a Dem-RAT and all, but he sure talks a good birther game and seems to have all his cards in order.
Berg is on the Roth show every Monday and this last Monday's 45 minute interview was a much better one than the one heard yesterday IMO, the exchange with the caller at the 31 min. mark was priceless, indicative of what us birther 'seekers of truth' are up against.
