What I don’t get is why with all the secrecy on the part of Barry and all the documentation on the part of the Birthers.. why is this not taken seriously by more people?

It's mind-boggling what Obama is getting away with because of the cowards in Congress, it's probably too late now and utterly impossible to impeach Obama over this issue but we certainly can weaken and taint him over it, the Phony, the Usurper, the Fraud, the Imposter, the Pretender.

Don't know how trustworthy this Berg fella is, he being a Dem-RAT and all, but he sure talks a good birther game and seems to have all his cards in order.

Berg is on the Roth show every Monday and this last Monday's 45 minute interview was a much better one than the one heard yesterday IMO, the exchange with the caller at the 31 min. mark was priceless, indicative of what us birther 'seekers of truth' are up against.

I just saw us get trashed on FOX in a report on the Tea Party Convention and Joe Farrah's speech.

The report ended by the host saying "those in power believe bammie is an American Citizen"

1. It's never too late to uphold the Constitution.

2. BO/BS cannot be impeached. Only a President can be impeached. He can only be removed from office via criminal charges.

The problem is the DBM has successfully GW 'ed the issue.

For 8 years they had GW in a vice of lies. He seldom defended himself and after an 8 year ordeal/onslaught of pinochioing lies at him time and again everything did become Bush's fault. The lies were finally sold and bought by enough for the socialists to take power.A lesson I hope we have learned.

Zero's administration "still" uses the ammo they stored from the DBM onslaught today!

Our conservative brethren,Rush, Sean,FNC,conservative papers and many others are guilty of hanging us out to dry just as many did GW when he failed to defend himself.

Worse yet we have secumed to the theory that if we pursue the issue we will be feeding the beast or playing right into the hands of the DBM/DNC rat socialist/marxist machine. There is some validity to that as well.

Seems in this case we may have to keep doing what we are doing, uncovering more and more info and history of his phony made up life until we strike gold and prove the point beyond any doubt whatsoever if we have not already.

I have followed this issue since Aug. 21, 2008 when Berg filed the first suit challenging BHO's eligibility. Berg is okay, but he's a bit of a pitchman and his case depends on BHO being born in Kenya.

Of course, it doesn't matter to me who brings Barry Soetoro to justice, as long as it happens. However, IMHO, the best legal mind, with the most sober, complete and air-tight logic in his pleadings is Mario Apuzzo and his lead plaintiff, Charles F. Kerchner, Jr. , Commander USNR (Retired).
