Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!
There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.
The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.
The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.
The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.
Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.
It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!
It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

They've been doing it for decades. It's not for nothing that they just increased the maximum national debt.

Not true. There have been two revolutions in this country, one successful, one not. Methinks if the next tipping point is reached, there will be two successful revolutions out of three. Sure, the next one will make CWI look like a walk in the park on a warm spring day, but it will be necessary to secure the republic for our children and grand children...

The majority of this country is Conservative or right of center. Will they really support civil war though? Or, will they, out of a failed illusion of practicality; the same practicality that gave us RINO’s, agree to bipartisan compromises with socialists to “Save the Union”?
We need true leadership and organization. Too many American’s still care more about the winner of American Idol then saving this great nation.
Taking the Bonus Marchers as a counter example, I'd suggest something by Bushmaster, Stag, Olympic, Colt, S&W, Remington, Rock River, or even something designed by a guy named Mikhail Timofeevich.
Don’t believe in “former lives.” I do believe that the beginning of this Nation did not begin with unlawful or immoral acts: it began in reaction to the unlawful and immoral acts of King George.
The Declaration of Independence explained that our unalienable rights were being infringed upon. It did not declare that we could engage in “distasteful” measures.
My first thought is that the local elected sheriffs or constables be captains of the local militias.
Captains can then interview and form the upper officer corps...with former experienced soldiers, marines, etc.
The American people have no one to blame but themselves. For several generations they have been regularly voting in primaries of both parties and in general elections for socialist-style government programs that take away their own freedom. I don’t think they understand what they have done. They are just looking for the government program suited for their own needs. Like Jesus said of those crucifying him, “Father, they know not what they do.” So it is with the American people in at least forty-five states.

It would have to be 2/3 of both houses of people like Jesse Helms. And that wouldn’t even happen in NC any more.
While I see the practicality of that option, what about areas where the police chief is a sworn leftist? I’m speaking of areas where the police chief currently support sanctuary cities and other unconstitutional measures?
Police chiefs? Are they elected?
You underestimate the thugs. There are several possibilities, and combinations thereof. There might not BE any 2010 elections. There might be totally fraudulent elections. There might be elections insufficiently fraudulent, which would then be declared fraudulent.
I don't know if those things will happen, but the Chicago Thugs will try if they get desperate enough, which seems highly likely.
