Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.

Count me in on the tally. Not being there is so disappointing. I have never missed a rally or protest or counter protest before and have spent many hours standing with other Freepers at the WH and throughout DC in the past. I just can’t walk more than a few steps right now, and am having surgery to correct it next week. Hopefully afterwards -————?????

The Fox business channel, this morning, often has a side picture of the crowds. I really look forward to Glenn’s coverage, and will be eating up all the posts here.

Yep I knew this was something they’d say but this tweet came from a Tea Partier who’s saying that the DC police are estimating 1.2 million so far.
