Count me in on the tally. Not being there is so disappointing. I have never missed a rally or protest or counter protest before and have spent many hours standing with other Freepers at the WH and throughout DC in the past. I just can’t walk more than a few steps right now, and am having surgery to correct it next week. Hopefully afterwards -————?????

My elderly (80's) folks are waiting in front of the TV for Glenn to come on ..... silent majority types for sure, but they are fired up today! Talked to my mom last night and she was telling me (usually the other way around) all the lies BO has been spouting lately. If my parents are any indication, 'regular' America is finally paying attention - maybe with this march today of a million plus, Congress will feel a little tingle of fear and say 'no' to O.

Today’s our wedding anniversary and I can’t tear myself away to leave the house. LOL
I'm sad to hear that you weren't there. I tried to find other FReepers, but the crowd was so large that I never came across FReepers that I knew. It was an amazing, wonderful experience. I ended up near the stage on the right side (pun intended). In every direction I looked, there was a sea of people. Homeland Security has given an estimate of 2 million people. I can believe it.
