There are now modified photos of the COLB that broke here yesterday. The changes are so slight, that no one is noticing them.

The changes are so subtle, you can barely tell which one you are looking at.
This modified one is showing jokes like: The Font of the Certificate=Schmutz (A Schmutz is a chump, as in you are a chump) #5733=The number of the Certificate, is code for : "Problem with Windows REGISTRY", a sly reference to your claim that Obama does not appear on the Hawaii Live Birth Registry. 47O44=Easiest of all. BOH's age=47 0=O (if you look close you can tell that that is a Schmutz Font "Oh" not "Zero") EF Lavender is ORGANIC DISH SOAP
The original one does not say EF Lavender, it says KF Lavender. The original one shows the number is: 47,644.

I don’t know. Ultimately, I would like to see the voter fraud fixed. Most of the states never came up to the HAVA Act standards. Many of the states were under federal orders not to have a federal election until they did. They violated that order.
That was explained, yes. But it was also disputed. I never saw a response to Jim Robinson’s questions in investigating that explanation in this thread.
Yes, the Schmutz and Aussie forgeries have open 4’s and the Kenyan cert has a closed 4. That’s even more evidence the Aussie forgery is a forgery, but doesn’t tell us anything about the Kenyan cert. In my opinion the Kenyan cert typewriting looks like it was done with a genuine vintage typewriter, but I am still looking for more analysis of the form itself.
Could it have been a missionary stationed in Kenya who in the picture was visiting a church in Uganda????
The Smutz font has the right four, but not the right three (with the flat top on the 3). This is the font used: Office Memorandum AOE
I have zoomed the Bombard BC and every letter and number matches up. The #2 is the same, the Capital Letters on "HINDMARSH" the #3, #4, etc... Anyone? Does this seem like it's right?
This entire thread was due to some quick but unfortunate file saving Sunday AM.
He was stationed in Zambia. But I don’t doubt that there were other Lavenders in Kenya, just wanted to correct where the picture was taken.
All I have done is copy the original picture posted in Post # 1 on this thread and put it in PhotoShop and adjusted the contrast and brightness so what we are looking at is a bit clearer. I then enlarged the document and cropped the area of interest.
It sure looks like a K.F. to me. 
I answered JimRob in post 1539. The images that had KF instead of EF and 6 instead of O were due to a hastily captured screen image saved as a too lossy jpg on Sunday AM. The best explanation is that someone quite innocently tried to get the Orly images from PDF into a JPG so it could be displayed in the thread (JPG can, PDF can’t). So they did a screen capture of the PDF, saved to file as JPG and linked to the file in the big Sunday thread. Lots of people saw and saved the original image, but the later ones were done more carefully and did not distort the E and the O.
