AKA “still-birthers.” Or “still-birfers,” to be un-PC.
Yeah, I was thinking that myself. The divorce was in March 1964 so someone needing to get the cc of the bc would fit for Feb.

How and why is this document different? I must have missed that. http://file.walagata.com/w/the-salamander/mombasa_copy.jpg

It looks like the same document to me, only one image shows it with a perforated edge and a tear in the upper right, whereas the other does not.

Sorry if there is some no-brainer, obvious answer to this, but why wouldn’t they both be torn? Where did the torn document come from? For that matter, where did the other one come from?
Here’s an explanation: The original copy was in poor shape. It was copied, then both were folded together and put away. That’s why they appear to have similar folds. Also, the fresher copy has the cigarette burn scar, but as a copy of the actual cigarette scar on the older version.
Hard to say, but something about it looks artificial to my eyes.
It could also be related to passport red tape.
Has anyone tried to identify who’s signature it is at the bottom.
It almost looks like it says Odinga.
I doubt that is who signed it though.
Nothing.
It is a forgery, and the background print on paper says it is.
not that I believe this, but earlier this week I read something that would make a few heads explode:
Because Biden was part of the phony ticket, he’s done. As are all Zero’s appointments, as well. McLame is not eligible either because of his foreign birth status (mind you, I’m not saying this. It’s what I read.) The person who was eligible and thus received the most electoral votes is.....SARAH PALIN !
LOL
Folks, lets just visualize the heads exploding over that scenario.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Oops never mind. I see the name at the top. Sorry.
The Deputy Registrar signed it:
joshua simon oduya
Depends on whether she was really married to his father or not. Read somewhere that he was already married, and not divorced.
Unwed mothers had different rules per 1952 law.
Personally, I believe the fact that his father was not a citizen, should be enough to disqualify him as NBC from a legal stand point.
Signature, Description and Residence of Father:
No signature
Description - Father
Residence - Hawaii
Wasn’t that suit dismissed for “lack of standing?” The merits were never discussed by the Court.
