When I go to Orly’s Blog Zone Alarm always tells me I have a Trojan downloader. It catches it and quarantines it. Not all pages are infected. I emailed Orly 2 days ago but I still get a trojan when I go there.

§ 1028. Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information
(a) Whoever, in a circumstance described in subsection (c) of this section—
(1) knowingly and without lawful authority produces an identification document, authentication feature, or a false identification document;
(2) knowingly transfers an identification document, authentication feature, or a false identification document knowing that such document or feature was stolen or produced without lawful authority; * * * shall be punished as provided in subsection (b) of this section.
(b) The punishment for an offense under subsection (a) of this section is— (1) except as provided in paragraphs (3) and (4), a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 15 years, or both, if the offense is— (A) the production or transfer of an identification document, authentication feature, or false identification document that is or appears to be— (i) an identification document or authentication feature issued by or under the authority of the United States; or (ii) a birth certificate, or a driver’s license or personal identification card; * * * (c) The circumstance referred to in subsection (a) of this section is that— * * * (3) either— (A) the production, transfer, possession, or use prohibited by this section is in or affects interstate or foreign commerce, including the transfer of a document by electronic means; or (B) the means of identification, identification document, false identification document, or document-making implement is transported in the mail in the course of the production, transfer, possession, or use prohibited by this section. (d) In this section and section 1028A— (1) the term “authentication feature” means any hologram, watermark, certification, symbol, code, image, sequence of numbers or letters, or other feature that either individually or in combination with another feature is used by the issuing authority on an identification document, document-making implement, or means of identification to determine if the document is counterfeit, altered, or otherwise falsified; (2) the term “document-making implement” means any implement, impression, template, computer file, computer disc, electronic device, or computer hardware or software, that is specifically configured or primarily used for making an identification document, a false identification document, or another document-making implement; (3) the term “identification document” means a document made or issued by or under the authority of the United States Government, a State, political subdivision of a State, a sponsoring entity of an event designated as a special event of national significance, a foreign government, political subdivision of a foreign government, an international governmental or an international quasi-governmental organization which, when completed with information concerning a particular individual, is of a type intended or commonly accepted for the purpose of identification of individuals; (4) the term “false identification document” means a document of a type intended or commonly accepted for the purposes of identification of individuals that— (A) is not issued by or under the authority of a governmental entity or was issued under the authority of a governmental entity but was subsequently altered for purposes of deceit; and (B) appears to be issued by or under the authority of the United States Government, a State, a political subdivision of a State, a sponsoring entity of an event designated by the President as a special event of national significance, a foreign government, a political subdivision of a foreign government, or an international governmental or quasi-governmental organization; * * * (6) the term “issuing authority”— (A) means any governmental entity or agency that is authorized to issue identification documents, means of identification, or authentication features; and (B) includes the United States Government, a State, a political subdivision of a State, a sponsoring entity of an event designated by the President as a special event of national significance, a foreign government, a political subdivision of a foreign government, or an international government or quasi-governmental organization; * * * (f) Attempt and Conspiracy.— Any person who attempts or conspires to commit any offense under this section shall be subject to the same penalties as those prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the attempt or conspiracy.

The "new" images are a fake. Just have a look at the smear/smudge mark on the originally posted Dr. Taitz doc. The "new" image shows a smudge mark that is clearly in the wrong location on the page, and furthermore is wrong in color/intensity.

Not sure comparing a 1961 doc to a 1964 doc is proof of anything. Especially since that country went through massive changes during that time frame (almost certainly including their gov't docs).

I forgot to add that I also know what to do when diapers (suffering fom ammonia build-up) caused the washing machine to suds up and over flow! Especially in a laundro-mat with a front loader and the door would pop open from the pressure! LOL.

All this specialized knowledge, and no place to use it! However, I’m not quite sure that I could fold a diaper like that again. It’s tricky, but it was the best way.

What are the odds that Ann and Barack Sr. and the Dunhams were actually working for the KGB? I mean....Russian class? C'mon. Plus coming from Mercer Island and her 2 high school teachers, the coffee house scene in the 50s/60s, and the fact that Hawaii was seen as the new frontier, which is why Frank was sent there by the Communist Party.

Maybe some of her friends in Seattle were also dabbling in Communism at that time, which might explain the vagueness in their recollections, mixing up dates, etc. Just seems kinda weird to me.

Are you saying that the requirement for US citizenship in the 14th amendment was for parents to be here legally? That was certainly not the case for many slaves at that time, who became citizens, right?

Now NBC and BO are a whole other matter. Or even whether BO is a citizen at all, if born in Kenya, based on the prevailing statute of the time.

And likely, neither could Stanley Dunham Obama, or whatever the legal, married name might have been ... bear with me, it does make a certain amount of sense. I am very intrigued by the possibility that derivative citizenship was law under the UKC in 1961.

Going back to Perkins v. Elg, Miss Elg was found to be a natural born citizen due to such law in the United States, in 1907. She was therefore born of two citizen parents, because her mother derived her citizenship from her husband, Miss Elg's father.

If this were the case, then Obama was born the child of two Kenyans, legally, if any such marriage were recognized in Kenya.

It's really just an interesting side note, since facts already in evidence show him ineligible. But, this would certainly strengthen the case, if it's so.

Anyone have thoughts on this? I put the possibility forth yesterday, too, with no takers as far as interest or even hoots of derision, lol.

For G-d’s sakes, no one is more dissappointed on this thread than me if the Kenya BC turns out phoney! I’m just looking at those newer photos (with the typewriter, crumpled, etc.) and it looks to me like convincing proof that the darn things are phoney. Please, I beg of you, show me that I’m wrong. I’d love to be wrong, but I object to being insulted just because I draw a conclusion based on what I see that looks pretty darn convincing.

If they were married in Kenya because they could not legally marry in Hawaii because he was already married and Hawaii does not permit bigamy, so they go to Kenya and get married how can a judge in Hawaii legally dissolve by divorce decree a marriage that was illegal, invalid, in Hawaii from the start?

Short answer--because he has jursidiction.

And you can't exactly say the marriage was invalid from the start either.

Law is a little complicated. You might have a marriage for some purposes but not for others; a marriage, illegal when contracted, might nevertheless be valid for purposes of making the children legitimate; for conveying to the wife marital property rights; or for making property community property; or for putting the wife in a position from which she could not contract the next marriage without committing bigamy. Depends on local law.

But, you can say with some confidence that a judge who has jurisdiction over the parties can affect whatever marital rights exist and title to whatever property is subject to marital rights and the custody of minor children who result from the relationship and their support as he determines to be appropriate.
