And then, also helping people understand what the *problem* is — in that there is *no legal requirement* for a candidate to show his birth certificate.
You would think that about everyone here would want to see the birth certificate. At least, I would think so... Of course, the only way anyone is going to see the birth certificate is for a state law to be enacted which requires a candidate to show his birth certificate or else he cannot be placed on the ballot in that state.
Already Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Arizona have started that. BUT, apparently very few that I’ve noticed, here, seem to want to make it *legally mandatory* to see the birth certificate...
It’s a very odd state of affairs...

How's that State Law working out for you?
The govenator is a naturalized citizen. Not a natural born citizen, or a citizen because of circumstances of birth. You are not a ‘natural born’ citizen if you are born in China. But, if both your parents are US Citizens and you are born in China you are a citizen eligible to run for POTUS. To wit, John McCain was not born on US soil, but since both his parents were US Citizens, he satisfies the constitutional requirements for POTUS.
If you believe John McCain is a ‘natural born’ citizen, then you believe that it is possible to be a ‘natural born’ citizen and not be born on US Soil. Therefore whether one or both of your parents is a citizen, in order for your to be a citizen eligible for POTUS, becomes paramount otherwise Barry’s possible Kenyan birth becomes irrelevant.
Think about it, you have to pick one: Either John McCain was not eligible to run or Barry’s Kenyan birth is irrelevant. Their citizenship status of their parents is the only issue.
Well, it’s working a heck of a lot better than court cases for the last year getting nowhere... LOL...
Bottom line, if the doc's are real they would hve been requested by family back in 1964, held by family for 45 years and offered up only by a family connection of some kind.
Where is the chain of custody for the birth docs if they are real? It would be a very short chain.... One link....
No responsible lawyer or journalist would present them, much less enter them as court evidence without at least a minimum discussion of where 45 year old docs came from.
Focus on that one issue, if you can explain that, O's house of cards comes tumbling down.
So it appears that even the admin mod is gettin’ sick of you. It’s about time they operated from their own posted definition of troll.
