Well, I’ve got a pretty basic position mapped out for myself. It breaks down into three areas...
(1) I’m going to go by the official Hawaii pronouncement, unless something solid comes up (in a court of law) that disproves it.
(2) Since everyone wants to see the birth certificate, I’m going to continue to work for enacting a state law for that purpose (Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Azrizona already working on it).
(3) The issue of natural born, as far as parents and their citizenship, I’m going to let the Supreme Court decide on it and I’ll take their decision.
That’s where it boils down for me right now...

If we saw the aussie doc and it was exactly like what we saw except without Miller, Lavender and 44b 5733, we would be happy to have found information that supports our kenyan doc.

This could indicate that the Aussie doc is fake, or that both docs are fake, and the author wanted them to be found out - and cause confusion...I’m leaning toward the Aussie doc being fake, and am holding out judgment on the Kenyan doc, although more information coming out is somewhat favorable. If we can get another image of a different Kenyan “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth”, that looks like the Kenyan one that Taitz entered into Court, then we’ll be further along.

You are right, it is plain English. If someone doesn’t have to be a natural born citizen to be President then why isn’t the Governator eligible?
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution.
You can only be President if you are:
1. A natural born citizen or
2. A citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution.
The 2nd and 3rd requirement are plain English as well.
The Constitution is the law. If you are not a natural born citizen you are not going to be President. Arnold Schwarzenegger cannot be President because he isn’t a natural born citizen.
The grandfather clause is not some conspiracy. Citizens cannot be President. Natural born citizens can.
There had to be an exemption for a period of time after the adoption of the Constitution where citizens could be President. Why? Because they weren’t natural born citizens. They were born British Subjects. This is not some conspiracy.

That’s what I thought too, but I can’t find it. Not totally sure where it would be on my HD either.
Did you just jump on here without reading any of the discussion on this matter or are you spouting assigned talking points designed to caste doubt where it should not be? The way you phrased your post is wrong if you are genuine.
What you see in the Kenya BC surrounding the text is referred to a text halo. It a problem with Jpeg images.
The reason you don’t see it as much in the Australian BC is because of the format — png.
It has something to do about how the compression software deals with the image background around the letters.
I don’t know what conclusion y’all have come to on this (I don’t have time to read through 6,500 posts), and maybe (with a 22” 2048x1536 screen) I have the advantage over some of you, but having zoomed in so that the document overspreads the width of its window, distortions show up (around the included text) that make this photograph very plainly suspicious. One should also wonder why, if the document has not been faked by the “photographer”, a flatbed scan was not provided instead of this photograph taken at such a sharp angle from the vertical. Flocking to such things only hurts the cause—and further ridicules the reputation of—the Birthers.
natural-born American citizenDo you not find it odd that she hyphenated Natural Born. You do realize that by hyphenated this she now has plausible deniability. i.e. "Oh...I thought natural-born meant a vaginal birth", born Naturally and not by C-Section.

Once again as I try to tear myself away from this record post, something sparks my interest and comment. This was your observation. I will concede that I may be misinterpreted, but here goes.
What if another proper birth certificate was produced and it was devasting to the incumbent president? The groundwork has been laid by possibly thrusting this one on the web. It would be "here we go again- it is a fake".
My next rendezvous will be at 11 am tommorrow Est. Perhaps by then, something else will turn up.
