You are claiming “He has not examined it for evidence of a forgery.”
His comment is unclear then. The quoted statements are in italics. His own words (which I am perceiving to be the ones in regular font) state:
“However, the bottom line is that it’s another BOGUS BIRTH DOCUMENT.”
...and it’s in BOLD font for emphasis (may I presume) here: “it’s another BOGUS BIRTH DOCUMENT”

Now, you have to find where immigration would view it the same way when it comes to citizenship.

It wasn't an "amendment" to begin with; it was part of a statute passed by the First Congress.
A honest act by Congress would be far better unprecedented.
That being said, I think Honduras set the precedent...
That constitutional amendment from 1790 was repealed by 1793. You need to do a little bit more research.
And just so you know - Stanley Ann Soetoro naturalized as an Indonesian and converted to Islam. Her daughter Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. How they both claimed U.S.citizendhip when Indonesia does NOT recognize dual citizenship just goes to show what liars they all were in that family.
If Davis or Malcolm or some other American citizen was daddy, then he should be more than happy to shove it in our faces as that would put to rest a good portion of the argument. But he hasn’t and that’s all the more reason for suspect.

Interesting SatinDoll. I wondered about that when I read it, but figured that Ann just kept a dual citizenship and under her US citizenship, Maya qualified. Ann was old enough at that point.
1. Kenyan official documents did NOT bear the name “REPUBLIC of Kenya” until 1964, if only because the Republic of Kenya was proclaimed in December
1963.
2. In 1961, Mombassa was in ZANZIBAR, not in Kenya.
3. In 1961, the hospital was called “Coast PROVINCIAL General Hospital”.

But my birth certificate after 1949 says I was born a New Zealand citizen and born in NEW Zealand...
But I wasnt...there was no NZ citizenship when I was born...
At birth I had the same citizenship as Obama Sr..
1. Kenya was a Republic in 1964
2. Mombasa was in Kenya in 1964
3. Maybe documents reflected the new name of the hospital in 1964

Ok, when it was first put on the site in the wee hours of Saturday morning Orly was just presenting it as here is something and can someone help me out. Later in the day her site was hacked with all sorts of dire virus warning pop ups. Then on into the evening, the URL was changed to this “fake” thing when people started jumping on the Lavender Soap bandwagon. So, who knows. IMO, the lavender soap conspiracy may be nothing more than that silly grade school joke about similarities between Lincoln and Kennedy.
