Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

That would depend on which country issued the passport, wouldn't it?
Run what you brung..in other words get what evidence you can..Mama could have requested a Kenyan BC (if authentic) and so could have Daddy IMO.
The paper appears to be of moderately poor quality.
The size of the paper appears to be "European" A-4 size
The type seems to have been from a ribbon style typewriter as commonly used in the "60's
The manner in which the paper is folded is not the usual way Americans fold paper. It appears to be similar to the manner in which legal documents are folded in some parts of the world.
In the 60s, could 18yr olds get their own passports without parental permission?

“The only puzzling thing- a free spirit communist traveler like Stanley likely would have have been proud of traveling to Africa and giving birth there- if she did. She should have boasted about it. No record she ever did.”
There’s precious little record of any personal communications from Stanley.
I believe that was invented by the french many generations ago and gradually was adopted by scientists everywhere. Americans are likely the only people on the planet that dont use it.Very rare here in Japan... but the way the majority write numbers reminds me of 1st graders when they first learn to write (especially their '5's ...
ping
Obama's faithful have hired a team of explosive experts to do exactly that.
What’s the part that’s supposed to make me uncrazy?
This part that says Ann was not old enough to transfer citizenship?
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.
Or are you claiming that Ann and Obama Sr. were never married?
Me being a doubting thomas, googled for this unnamed resolution the paper spoke of and found the House declared Hussein's place of birth Hawaii.....
By way of interest, I notice the redoubtable Neil Abercrombie, a congressman introducing a resolution commemorating the diversity of Hawaii. He gives five persons of varying racial character. Minorities of course. Conspicuous by it's absence was his own minority. Abercrombie being pure Scottish, from the gaelic language. I guess Scots do not count, not in his view anyway.
Back to the subject though, this, for any researcher is possibly the biggest challenge of all time. Let us hope it will be resolved before the end of the year.
Or are you claiming that Ann and Obama Sr. were never married?

That’s not her official twitter. Dr. Taitz’s official Twitter can be found at http://twitter.com/DrOrlyTaitzEsq
Let’s say for a moment that the BC is real.
The fallout from this is something that I just can’t imagine.
I really believe most average black people would think the Presidency was stolen from him even if born in Kenya - maybe also black reporters would think that..like that one that stole Obama’s towel. I can’t think of her name. Can’t stand her. Juan Williams might have a problem if he was born in Kenya.
I don’t think he is going anywhere without a military coup and I don’t think that will happen either.
But hopefully, his Presidency is ruined and we can stop the slide to communism.
I get what you are saying here. So how on earth would anyone be able to obtain birth certificates for Kezia’s children? I know that I had read that tribal marraiges were not recognized, but did Obama bother to get licensed and legally marry Kezia?
And if Ann DID go to Kenya, what a surprise that would be. Rolling into a quaint little village that you are now a part of... so bohemian she is!! And oh, by the way, this is my first wife. Not not ex-wife, wife #1. You are wife #2. Oh to be a fly on that hut wall. ;o)
I also read that Sr’s father was VERY upset at him marrying Ann and even wrote Stanley and Madelyn a very nasty note saying he didn’t want HIS bloodline ‘sullied’ with the blood of a white woman. Whoooooo boy.
Don’t you think a person up on court -martial charges would have standing to sue..doesn’t Obama have to sign those?
Yes...there would be turmoil like we've never seen since the Civil War. The audacity of zero is overwhelming - here he's the first black POTUS, refuses to show us he's eligible for the job, runs around the world apologizing for us and is turning our domestic policy on its head. It's totally unbelievable! If you tried to make a movie about this people would laugh at its ridiculousness.
The marraige in Kenya was a ‘tribal’ marraige and Britain did not accept ‘common law’ marraiges (or ones not recognizes by the church, with a witness and/or performed by a licensed individual). There has never been a marraige license (which would have been required in 1957, the year of the tribal marraige), discovered.
And since polygamy was illegal in British Colony Kenya, and the marraige to Ruth Nidesand was VALID enough to require a divorce in Kenya, I’d say that’s pretty good evidence that the ‘first’ marraige to Kezia was NOT a legal and binding marraige.
That would NOT make his marraige to Ann bigamy.
