Just checked CIA Factbook. Kenya’s Constitution was amended in 1964 to . The province listed on BC,Coastal, exists as one of the seven provinces a republic. It does not give a date in 64 for the transition to republic. Whle I am unconvinced about this, it certainly seems more authentic than the Rathergate memos.

Did you read the link? You must read it. Obama tied himself up good by being on the committee and agreeing he thinks the definition does indeed mean both parents must be US citizens. Once he agreed, it's going to be very difficult to do an about face on it. Of course he can pull out BJ's "is" dictionary but that won't float anymore.

Wrong.. Kenya left British Commonwealth in December 1963. The question is did they print up government documents in anticipation of becoming a Republic before the Republic was officially declared? I’m on the fence.

It is quite possible if you look at the document number. It's very low and they were possibly anticipating that it would be a republic so they started using them early. It has been stipulated by someone else earlier and it made sense to me!

The issue of documentation was done after Republic was established although the original was before.

Goldwater’s BC would today be issued by the state of Arizona, not the Territory.

You have one key fact completely wrong.

The documentation before us was issued BEFORE a republic was established, and yet it has an official seal that reads "republic of kenya".

The document is dated February 17th, 1964, and Kenya didn't become a republic until December 1964. BOTH the original BC and this certified copy were created BEFORE kenya was a republic. Your argument depends on Kenya being a republic before February 17th 1964 -- it wasn't

I discussed briefly with another poster who pointed out if zer0 is forced from office and Biden steps up as POTUS he could then pardon the one.

However we all know most of congress would have to have been complicit in this too as well as many others.

If this really turns out to be true I don't think any of us can really imagine the mess this is going to create, not to mention how vulnerable this country would all of the sudden become to its enemies.

The ramifications would run far and deep but ultimately it is necessary to find out, no matter the repercussions.

What a mess.
