The point is that the Hawaiian officials wouldn’t have to be lying. At the time in Hawaii, all it took was for a relative to vouch for the baby’s having been born in Hawaii. If that is the basis of Obama’s birth certificate there, that’s also good reason for him to hide behind the short form—and for the Democrats in office to confirm that’s what his BC actually states—without further specifying the tenuousness of it.

That said, I of course don’t know the real situation in his case either.

WOW...when I went to sleep last night...it was just a quiet Saturday night. Wake up...check Drudge, quick (ha!) look at FR...and RutRuh...alot of reading to catch up on...but the Readers’ Digest condensed version, (from reading the first 200 or so posts) is that Dr. Taitz has possession of the BO Kenyan BC!!! Look at how she lost to this marxist. She was possibly the biggest lock ever to gain her parties nomination. People give her far too much credit. What appears to be the typewritten font here isn't proportional. Other than that, with such a poor quality image, it would be hard to look for traditional problems such as a damaged element on the typewriter, where you might see, for instance, a "m" consistently deformed.

I think born of two US Citizens is enough....

Particulary when one is serving the US Military for example...like McCain's father was...
