She was probably recorded as carrying an infant in arms when she came back to the US. IIRC, babies and children under a certain age didn’t have to have passports but traveled on their parents’ passports; they also were often not listed on passenger lists, either. Now, of course, everything has gotten a lot stricter, but at that time, I don’t think it would have been impossible for her to bring her baby back into the US under her passport.
My understanding is that this is the equivalent of a Colb and not a long form BC Mr Berg claims to have.

I feel the same way. I think the proper attitude is a healthy skepticism, while remaining open to the possibility that this thing is real. In the meantime, all the discussion back and forth is a good thing. It's really a Socratic dialogue, which hopefully will lead us to the truth.

Any title search company in the U.S. can request a copy of the BK & PG from the recorder’s office in Kenya. May cost a few dollars. Usually so much for the first page and so much for each page thereafter. Has anyone done that?
It’s possible that she left for Kenya not intending to give birth there but merely for the exotic, seeing the country of her impregnator’s origin etc. Then, as some of the stories have it, she waited too long (why?) to return and was not permitted to fly. That meant that she had to ask her mother to get do the Hawaii stuff in order to secure citizenship for the boy—but nothing beyond that. The birth announcements could be more the desire of her mother, though the false address seems odd, still, might have been to cover up the (to the mother) scandal of an mother impregnated by a Kenyan giving birth in Kenya.
Yeah, it’s all speculation.
