Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States states, "No person except a natural born citizen of the United States shall be eligible to the Office of the President."
If this is the law of the land, why is President Barack Obama hiding all references to much of his past, and why has he never produced his birth certificate?
In fact, a study from the United States Justice Foundation has released information showing that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds with 11 law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Gary Kreep of that foundation stated that the investigation is still going on and the final report will be provided to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder has refused to comment.
Does anyone expect an answer from Obama's appointees? The question is, "How will they attempt to delay and cover up this debacle?"
Britain's Daily Mail carried the story in a front page article, "Obama Eligibility Questioned." When asked for a comment in London when he was meeting with Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama just smiled and refused to make any further comments.
Another group, Americans for Freedom of Information, have released copies of Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript showed that Obama, under the name of Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was given by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by a group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript states that "Obama (under the name of Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Scholarship program. To qualify, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
Along with evidence that Obama was born in Kenya, there is no record of him ever applying for U.S. citizenship. His appointees and czars are in panic at the White House, and they are casting further doubts about Obama's legitimacy's and qualifications to serve as president.
Under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scala announced that the Supreme Court agreed to hear Obama's legal eligibility to serve as president in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. In addition Donofrio's case, another 18 suits have been filed by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship and qualifications to serve as president of the U.S.
Who really is Barack Obama? This was a non-entity with hardly any political experience who was elevated from the most politically corrupt city in the U.S. — Chicago (where else?). During his short time in Congress, he accomplished little or nothing and worked with Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and other corrupt community organizations. He received huge donations from hidden resources and is now presenting agendas that will bankrupt this once great country and reduce us to Third-World status.
In effect, Obama gives the impression that he is a programmed, controlled entity who is a pawn — working for some dangerous people who are giving Obama the means to completely ruin this once great country.
Remember when the liberal press tried to denigrate George W. Bush because they said that a bulge in the back of his jacket was some electrical aid to program him for his presentation? It turned out to be a protective vest he was wearing. Wherever Obama goes he drags his Teleprompter along even when he descends from Air Force One. It is only when his Teleprompter falls down or blows away that his vice president calls attention to it. Funny though, the press never notices it, do they?
Every reader should contact their representatives and insist that all of these lawsuits be pursued immediately and not delayed until 2010 or longer.
By then, we probably won't have a country.
Who is he?
He is the product of years of Communist thought, educated by the same, a Muslim whose citizenship is in serious question, an emperor without clothing. He is on my tv screen right now, obviously bluffing his way though a “press conference”. A figure who has lost credibility. I just threw my bunny slipper at the screen. I csn hardly wait for Hannity to come on.
He has all his records sealed. That's why no one can get to them.
No one knows who the real Oboma is or what he's ever done. All the voters know is what they've been told by his handlers.
It sure does make him a great candidate for being the man of desolation in the book of Revelation. The book says he will be a great deciever, and "He will destroy wonderfully," and that's exactly what he's doing.
Yes, the business about the Occidental College records was an April Fool’s joke. Unfortunately it keeps making the rounds here at FR, and I admit that I was taken in by it once.
I think it’s extremely likely that he DID get a scholarship to Occidental as a foreign student from Indonesia named Barry Soetoro. But Occidental College has NOT released the records, so we don’t know that for sure.
We do know that he had a foreign roommate and that apparently foreign students normally roomed with foreign students at Occidental at that time. But don’t get fooled by that April Fool joke falsely attributed to AP.

He has no long background.
Think about it - not only no writen history (documents, school papers, etc.), even stranger, he has no social history (childhood friends, classmates, relatives, etc.).
When you really think about this guy, he’s not normal, it’s frightening.
Almost a million dollars spent to keep us from seeing the truth?
Less than $100 to let us see the truth?
It ain’t rocket science, bucky... This criminal fraud has something to hide. And, his ongoing stonewalling is nothing less than a personal affront to EVERY American; his supporters included.

These internet hoaxes keep getting circulated. Not just this one, there are others that make the rounds again every so often.
My rule of thumb is, if you really really want it to be true, and a post turns up that is exactly the proof you've been looking for, better have a second look. I've been "almost" had a couple of times.
I am suspicious that in fact he did attend as a foreign student, primarily because he won't release the information. And I'm suspicious that as an adult he traveled on a foreign passport, again because he won't address the issue. Almost everything that documents his past is off limits. Any one of these is understandable, I've got records I'd rather weren't public (and you know if I ran as a Repub they'd be emailed into every newsroom in America in about 5 seconds flat) so one or another I understand. Taken as a whole, though, where nothing is released, smells.
O can get his hands on sealed court records if it helps him to knock his opponents out. See Ryan and see Palin. But his records seem to be hermetically sealed. I figure there's a reason.

My husband tried to honestly watch it (I couldn't), but he said the questions from the audience were so irrelevant, so idiotic, he turned it off. It was nothing than an an Oboma commercial. It sucked - big time.
He was seriously trying to watch it in good faith, but couldn't stand it any more. All he wanted to know was how the Health Care bill would effect the regular, taxpaying citizens who liked the health care they already had.

They even pay to have billboards put up around the United States asking “Where is the Birth Certificate?”... I don’t know of any other news source anywhere that has paid to put up these kinds of billboards all over the country.
If you’re interested in the Obama Birth Certificate issue, you’ll find a lot of older articles from them on it, and they always have new articles coming up all the time. They are always hammering away at this issue and it’s a new source that is well worth supporting by going and clicking on their links.
