Latest Video:Little Rock - One person is in custody, and two others have been transported to a local hospital in serious condition following a double-shooting in west Little Rock Monday morning.
Authorities say the incident occurred around 10:00 a.m. at the U.S. Army Navy Career Center inside the Ashley Square Shopping Center at 9112 North Rodney Parham Road. According to Lt. Terry Hastings with the Little Rock Police Department, two recruiting officers standing outside the office were hit when the unidentified suspect drove up in a black SUV and began shooting.
The suspect led police on a brief pursuit towards downtown Little Rock before being taken into custody in the area of the Interstate 30/630 interchange.
According to the Little Rock Fire Department, a bomb squad is currently on the scene, checking out a suspicious package inside the suspect's vehicle.

Yes, but I don’t think that calling Liberals “the enemy” or even thinking about them that way helps, in the long run. We are all citizens of the same nation and we obviously have to figure out a way to live together. Unless you propose that we DON’T live together and I don’t know what that way might be - civil war? partition? Calling our fellow citizens - in many cases, our next-door neighbors - “the enemy” can result in attitudes of war and violence.
People get badly, sometimes killed, that way. Is that what we want? Really? Death?

Yes...if they were a direct witness, and could prove to a reasonable person that letting the subject go would be more dangerous than letting him go.
Basically, you better witness someone on a rampage or killing a cop (or agent of the government as in this case) before you take things into your own hands.

(b)A person may not use deadly physical force in self-defense if he or she knows that he or she can avoid the necessity of using deadly physical force with complete safety:
(1)(A)By retreating.
(B)However, a person is not required to retreat if the person is:
(i)In the person's dwelling or on the curtilage surrounding the person's dwelling and was not the original aggressor; or
(ii)A law enforcement officer or a person assisting at the direction of a law enforcement officer; or
(2)By surrendering possession of property to a person claiming a lawful right to possession of the property.
(c)As used in this section, “curtilage” means the land adjoining a dwelling that is convenient for family purposes and habitually used for family purposes, but not necessarily enclosed, and includes an outbuilding that is directly and intimately connected with the dwelling and in close proximity to the dwelling.

As far as Tiller there could be many motives it is still be investigated.
So the real question that everyone should be asking is.
Why Hasn’t The CINC weighed in on the shooting for the Recruiters?
As the CINC and President Obama has more investment in this case then he has in Tillers case.
As a Left Wing Politician he may see the need to weigh in on the Tiller case but that only makes him President of the Left Wing nut jobs in the USA, Right?
