A lawyer lobbying the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president says a key conservative justice has hinted that another conservative justice has been voting against hearing the dispute. According to Orly Taitz, a California attorney working through her Defend Our Freedoms Foundation on several cases challenging Obama, said she was presented with an opportunity to ask a question of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia yesterday. The issue of Obama's eligibility has been raised before the Supreme Court at least four times already but has yet to be given a single hearing. Cases have been brought by Taitz, Philip Berg, Cort Wrotnowski and Leo Donofrio.

That makes three of us, you me and Rush. FReepers need to stop following these conspiracy believing nuts who only serve to drag conservatives down with this foolishness. Seriously if one buys into Berg, WND and their conspiratorial lot, choices must be made. You either buy into their theory that Bush and Cheney caused 911 and should be prosecuted for it or you dismiss them for the loons their 911 theories represent. Come on FReepers, there is a reason Rush, Karl Rove, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin, Bobby Jindal, Mitt Romney and any serious minded conservative are not jumping on the Berg conspiracy crazy train. Wake up. You are being used--EFFECTIVELY!
I agree. It’s Roberts.
I’m sure he understands that the best thing for our country and the conservative movement is for Obama to fail.
Hannity brought it up? I’ll just have to catch his show on the second showing.
I was just quoting someone upthread: didn’t see it, but I’m rather surprised he did.
Biden’s ‘manufactured crisis’ comment meant something... what?
Don't think of it as being "hazed".
Think of it as friendly fire.
Welcome to FR.
What?! I'm not meaning to butt into things here, but I find WMB's...argument...to be deceptive.
Calling somebody a "troll", as well as other wording used, is indicative of somebody with a moderate to fair understanding of Internet vernacular. (...feel free to PM me...)
And if the newbie was concerned that he had been slighted all he had to do was look up "n00b" on any search engine.
The same thing goes for Tango Sierra.
It just doesn't add up. Is it new math?
Pardon my analyzing ways.
Occasionally, someone will post the freeper lexicon. It’s a huge post, that will normally get bumped to several hundred posts whenever a new thread of it starts. I can’t seem to find it with searches. Perhaps someone else here might have a reference for you. It’s a great read and really goes into all the acronyms and weirdness that permeates FR.
I’ve been called a baby killer on these forums. Don’t sweat it.
Regardless of how long you’ve been a member, based upon your posts to me, it’s clear you’re a troll and I will ignore your babble from here forward.
Strategy, and to be more specific, a losing strategy. This whole conspiratorial strategy of joining forces with a movement that believes 911 was a Bush controlled inside job is an embarrassingly losing strategy for conservatives. To the American public it represents a position that we know we can't compete in the arena of ideas. So instead we'll promote conspiratorial theories that neither Clinton nor any of our Republican candidates raised during the presidential campaign to justify our lunacy. If questioned on our lunacy we'll then cite the credentials of our fellow conspirators who to this day, still want to prosecute Bush and Cheney for causing the 911 attacks. The Dems can't afford the free marketing these right-wing conspiracy nuts are freely contributing to their party.
That's right. And Scalia said that four were needed. Not "a fourth".
No he didn't. Reread the article.
Were you the one predicting a Nixon/Agnew/Ford scenario on another thread? The poster mentioned "Maryland."
Bambi doesnt like the job. He is lazy, incompetent, a total narcissist who will not be happy when 90 percent of the population hates him. 57 percent on PMSNBC are already rating him an F. He is going to freak and will be forced from office by the shadowdy hand that really runs things.
Presidents who took this office previously buckled down and got to work immediately. (Yes, even Carter.) No fanfare, no parties, just a rolling up of the sleeves. BO wanted to get away after only two weeks. Now it's going on two months and he's too "tired" to lay proper diplomatic groundwork with our allies. I can't see him growing into the job, because that would mean he'd have to grow up, and I don't think he's an adult at all.
The only thing standing in their way is Biden. He is unfit to lead or wash the White House toilets, a complete and total bufoon that makes Bambi look like a natural born leader. Bambi will be out by November of 2009.
You seem so certain of this.

Some things are thicker than water...
How's that for your WORST F**KING NIGHTMARE?
BTTT
To the American public it represents a position that we know we can't compete in the arena of ideas.
How do you know this? The majority of the American public isn't even aware that people are demanding to see the original documents because, as you stated, many conservative pundits aren't even covering the issue.
So instead we'll promote conspiratorial theories that neither Clinton nor any of our Republican candidates raised during the presidential campaign to justify our lunacy.
No politician had to. Others did it. It was the New York Times that started the McCain issue...

And National Review started the Obama issue...
Obama Could Debunk Some Rumors By Releasing His Birth Certificate.
No conspiracy there, is there? It was looked into and resolved. The same can't be said for Obama.
If questioned on our lunacy we'll then cite the credentials of our fellow conspirators who to this day, still want to prosecute Bush and Cheney for causing the 911 attacks.
Ah, well, it's already been shown that you're attempting to establish guilt by association. A new sentence isn't going to help.
Blackbird...from the White Album.
I'm not trying to hide it. If you associate with folks who believe Bush and Cheney were responsible for the 911 attacks you are in fact a LOON!
