March 1) - Ever since Barack Obama became a prominent political fixture in the country, he has encountered a fair number of rumors and smears concerning him and his family.
-snip-
A lawsuit filed in California by a group called the United States Justice Foundation seeks records from Occidental College, where Obama attended school for a period, in order to verify his nationality.
-snip-
For the record, officials in Hawaii declared last October that there was no doubt Obama was born in the state. Officials verified that the health department holds the commander in chief's original birth certificate. But others are still undeterred.

The little Obots are getting worried.
All he had to do is produce the birth certificate and the “birthers” will go away. Why hasn’t it been produced?
another shoddy job on reporting facts.
No Official from hawaii has ever made any statement, they said there is a birth certificate on file is all, No facts have ever been released by anyone with regards to where or when. For if they did it would be a crime. No wonder AOL has lost all its value

“Officials in Hawaii.” Well in that case, let’s just forget the whole thing. Hussein supporters wouldn’t even consider lying or covering up.
Never let up on this fraud.
“officials in Hawaii declared last October that there was no doubt Obama was born in the state.”
Could someone cut and paste where they said that?
“Officials verified that the health department holds the commander in chief’s original birth certificate.”
Yes, that is what they verified. The followup question never asked though is: When a child is born overseas, and then the mother registers his birth in Hawaii when she returns, are their original birth certificates held by Hawaii as well. Its a simple question, and could either shut up all the “birthers” or make it not so “kooky” to ask some questions.
Keeping in mind we are living in an era of what the meaning of “is” is...
Then is it really “kooky” to ask what the meaning of “his original birth certificate is on file” means?
Could someone cut and paste where they said that?<
This is an outright lie by the media. Not one Hawaiian official said this.
Sigh..I try soooo hard not to get involved with this. But then you see outright lies like that and it makes you start to ask more questions...
I've seen all the official comments that have been made to the press. You show me that it's not a lie. You show where the state of Hawaii said Obama was born in Hawaii. You won't find it.
And the Big 0 himself tends to get real jumpy about this stuff and then lashes out. I think they should just keep nipping away at him. Who knows what he might inadvertently blurt out.

Cool it’s making some headlines.. Orly’s lawsuit with so many miltary members, state representatives, Obama’s family member in the military..what will the media do? :) This should be interesting...
Red, my comments were about the media lies. Not you bud-LOL.
Seeing the media lie like that makes me want to ask more question about Obama.
Wasn’t it the press that accused the last President of lacking intellectual curiosity? In the case of the Burf Certifigate, and the associated issues surrounding it such as foreign-issued Passports, foreign trips in his youth, his application for the Illinois Bar Association, and absence of college records (including his benefactors that paid for his education), where is the drive-by media’s intellectual curiosity? Where were they on the Beau Biden, Larry Sinclair press conference, Joe Biden, extradition, dropped charges, and release fiasco? ....crickets....
All they have to do is produce the certificate of live birth and all this goes away. So why not? I think anyone with a brain knows the answer at least until the CIA can come up with a good forgery.
I wonder if anyone has checked the passport records of the zero’s alleged mother.
