Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”
Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?
Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”
Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.
Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.
If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.
But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.
That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”
But there is a second, and perhaps new point!
Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?
Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?
Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?
What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!
What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!
Anybody ?!?!?!
Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!
Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

Actually I believe the stillbirthers are **paid** Obama attorneys and public relations people.

OK, one last time - just to debunk you stupid and flimsy argument that nobody bothered to check......
1. A computerized scan of a COLB (even if it were unaltered, which this one wasn’t) is insufficient proof of anything. It is no more a legal document than a computerized scan of a $100.00 bill is legal tender.
2 It is possible to have a COLB but not be a natural born citizen. So it is a worthless document for the purposes he was disingenuously trying to use it.
3. Many people have directly requested to see his birth certificate and have been DENIED access to both any hard copy COLBs he has and his original vault certificate.
4. Showing a document to a highly partisan group of supporters (Factcheck.org) doesn’t meet any standard of proof in a legal sense.
5. Over 220,000 people petitioned to see his original vault certificate and 17 law suits have been filed to compel him to reveal it, but he refuses to show it. Is that the “transparency” he was promising?
Your argument is laughable and you are demonstrating the exact same obfuscation, obstruction, and deceipt that the liar, 0bama, is showing.

‘Public at large’ includes the Net. I have seen his BC several times. This is old stuff. & incidentally, his BC is complete.

When you have people that can only debate by insulting others it's a dead giveaway that their ideas are weak. You can see a couple of people like that right on this thread.
McCain’s BC as shown on the Net is NOT the question here at all. Another sidetrack, diversion, strawman argimmint by an obvious serious Hussein symp.
And then, when asked could they describe why his analysis is “nonsense”, at least two have said that they have neither the time nor the interest in slogging through 160 pp of “nonsense”.
I don't know if I'm one of the ones you're referring to, but if so, I never described it as "nonsense." I have no expertise in image analysis, and asked for help - to be directed to the section that dealt with one particular set of images Polarik posted. He refused, saying I had to read all 160 pages. Much of the first 20 or 30 pages I did read were attacks on others and declarations that he is right and others are wrong. Now, that may be true, but it does not help me understand what he is saying from a scientific perspective, gives me no incentive to read the rest, and makes me doubt that this is indeed a scientific analysis.
I'm still interested in analysis of the images and the implications, but surely it could be stated more clearly and conscisely, or broken into sections for those interested in specific issues about the COLB?

That is exactly why I tend to think that their arguments sometimes stem from an inappropriate application of Occam's Razor. A "big lie" can be simple. Poor wording in a court case regarding NBC is a "factoid" of law, whether it makes sense or not. Reluctance to consider options that are not part of the selection placed before them.
Unlikely to think "outside of the box". Also kind of "square" and too often humorless. Jump into an argument just to take a jab.
I think of them as "boxers", and avoid the t-word.

3. Do you think Obama attended college in America as a foreign student?
"Slap" is about all you have done. Are you afraid to address very simple and obvious questions posed by other posters? The kinds of questions than you should have addressed in your report in the first place?
Here is a simple question. Why can't you behave like a person that one could have confidence in?

I don't know the details of his travel arrangements, but I note that it would have no bearing on his citizenship status.

Hollander has also provided a copy of McCain’s birth certificate, which lists his place of birth as Colón. The defendants dispute this theory, but it is irrelevant to the present motion in any event.

Sure do, and I call them on it. If you check back you'll see several posts where I state that Obama should have been treated "differently", because he is different. What other modern, or not so modern, President had a father who was not a US Citizen, never became one, and was just a non-immigrant legal alien (aka nonresident alien) What other modern US President had a foreign citizen stepfather and went to foreign schools for some very formative years?
None and none.
At the very least he should have had greater scrutiny, and have been required to provide documentation as to his eligibility to both state and federal election officials.
