Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

The constitution doesn’t provide for the party nominating process at all. Let’s say Obama is found to be disqualified with days to go until the election. Electors could be still elected in the 50 states and DC on schedule Nov. 4, even though Obama’s name would still be on the ballot. No problem with having an election constitutionally, though, since the electors who will be meeting in December in their 51 locations have the constitutional right to vote for any individual for president who meets the qualifications.

Mr. Berg (my hero) also says Barry claimed he was born in one hospital in Honolulu and his sister claims he was born in a different one in HI.
Berg said he sometimes defends criminals and when the stories do not match up, you know the whole thing is a lie.
Grandma said little Hussein was born in Kenya. His hippie mom supposedly tried to get on a plane to get back to HI so the Manchurian candidate could be born in the USA but the airline would not left her fly pregnant.
America may be saved by a PUMA Democrat lawyer. Berg has a lot of guts.

Here's what I've been thinking lately:
If proof of this had come out in the primaries, Hillary would be the nominee. Didn't happen.
If proof of this actually came out before Nov 4, McCain would win. Haven't seen it yet.
Absolute worst case scenario: Obama wins in November, and avoids any crisis in Nov and Dec. January comes, and he gets through his innauguration. He is now the official president of the US.
At this point, it's no longer about stopping him. But maybe someone (even Obama) wants to damage the US. Boom! The proof comes out! He's not eligible to serve the office in which he is now serving. What are going to do? You want to talk about MAJOR riots in the cities? You want to talk about a constitutional crisis? You want to talk about a real civil war? How can you remove him at that point? And how can you NOT?
I think this could be worse than anyone is thinking.

Philip Berg is a lifelong Democrat and a very active party member, at that. So he has, at the least, been a supporter of the Clintons for many years.
Now he’s on a jihad to disqualify Obama. If he succeeds (which I seriously doubt, but if he does), what happens next? I seem to remember that when Torricelli became a liability on the ticket, the Dems said, No problem - we’ll just substitute someone we know can win hands down. And presto, changeo - even though it violated New Jersey law to switch candidates on the ticket- Frank Lautenburg was swept into office.
Hillary’s socialism is somewhat more benign than Obama’s, but it will be socialism nonetheless. Don’t hope for Berg to win this one.
If it's true, at best he is a naturalized citizen and is not eligible for the presidency. At worst, he never became a naturalized citizen and is in the US illegally and is also not eligible to be a US Senator.

He has been set up to run starting in Hawaii when he was in High School and is mentor was the Communist Davis to meeting up with Ayers in Chicago, being part of ACORN, sitting in a Black Liberation Church for 20 years — he is a front for socialism in this Country and you can take it the bank. In 2004 he was the ONLY candidate running that George Soros met with personally. ACORN is out to steal the election with Voter Fraud.
Obama has been led to believe he is the savior of the black liberation movement as it is their turn to lead so his arrogance will lead him to do anything. What the people behind him did not count on was that he is probably not a natural born American citizen but what the heck, get elected, and then challenge the Constitution.
Pretty substantial rumors said there are three copies of certified Kenyan birth certifications NOW in the states. One is going to the judge. One went to this guy and where did the 3rd one go.
Why are not the US Senators demanding to see his birth records. They didn’t hesitate to do so with Sen McCain and give a resolution that he was a natural born citizen. Why not clear it up once and for all in the US Senate?
