House Republicans are still there, raising cain- trying to get them to turn the lights back on and continue debating over drilling!!!

I just called and said "There's a Republican revolt going on int the House Chamber and I wasn't seeing much coverage of it." I got a run around on it. Was told several times "There are no cameras on now. Cameras are not allowed." I objected, politely, that the story could still be covered.
He seemed mildly irritated that I would question that and asked if I wanted to talk to (name garbled) and I said yes. Got a phone tree that led to leaving a recorded message. I did...
"There's a Republican revolt going on in the House Chamber. I understand that the cameras are turned off. You can still cover the story. Thank you."

Are the Republicans still in the house? I can’t find anything on C-SPAN....just found out about the stand up.
Even if it was on the up and up and they only foreplanned to leave at five, it turned out to be stupid. If they were going to do it, they should have done it right. The fact they didn't, should be leaving every thinking conservative, skeptical. Color me, skeptical as well as some conservatives with whom I've been discussing this in private. Believe me, you are not alone in your suspicions.
