In this election we have very a clear choice to make.
A choice between Victory against Islamic Terrorism or surrender to our terrorist enemy.
A choice between free market capitalist economy or socialism.
A choice between constructionist judges or liberal judges who legislate from the bench.
A choice between Life for the unborn or abortion on demand going wild.
A choice between lower taxes or higher taxes.
A choice between small government or big government.
A choice between John McCain or Barack Obama.
Let us choose John McCain. A Patriot, a war hero, and would be an excellent President.
God Bless America and our brave troops.
“I will vote for him in the interests of our military and hope that I dont get betrayed.”
Remember the story of the scorpion and the frog? McCain ain’t the frog.
My take is the more everyone here listens to what Obama says...will wind up doing the best thing for our country come November.
So did I. I checked his name and his last post was in April.
May be Republicans who voted for Hillary Clinton and kept her alive.
Yo! I am witchoo.!! I live in Massholeachusetts.
My vote has never been worth a damn since voting for RR in SoCal in 80 and 84.
I can seriously vote my conscience and Not feel guilty!
McQueeg should be in a home.
I believe there will be a mass resignation from the military by the upper echalon if Obama even hints at draconian measures.
“He can pick any one of these:
1) Secure our Southern border. 2) Drill in Anwar 3) Drill off the coast of California and in the Texas Gulf.”
I’ll settle for any one of those 3, but of course he he promised on a stack of Bibles, I know he’s not going to do it. So I can’t vote for him. What has he done to earn my vote?
For the absolutists they want 100%. The problem is a 100% absolute conservative cannot win a dog catcher election in the smallest town in America.
John McCain was never a choice for me; but, I'm not ready to let my children and grandchildren live under socialism or communism under the leadership of Obama. My choice and many others is clear; many of us are not cry baby children taking the ball and going home, we are taking the fight to our state elections and working hard for conservative candidates. Why? Because if we can find and elect strong conservatives with moral and unshakeable conviction and leadership qualities we can pursue our dreams. And anyone with a brain can see that at this crucial election year Obama cannot become POTUS. We can't control McCain but we can have some voice with a strong contingent of conservative congressmen.
Many on this post need to get their heads out of the sand and GO TO WORK! Quit crying and complaining and talking about principles that seem to resonate around McCain issues that many of us find indefensible. However, he is our nominee(not my choice) and many of you sound like Alex Baldwin, Jane Fonda, etc., ready and willing to move to France. Go ahead, we won't miss you and don't let the door hit you on the way out.
My love is for my GOD, family and country and I'll be damned if I let a Marxist be elected as my president. I don't have to hold my nose to vote for McCain and I will work hard for my state conservative candidates.
GOD bless America!
Ditto.
There is a problem with holding one’s nose when voting. If your nose is held too hard or too long.... you suffocate and die.
Most assuredly, many muslims and terrorists have funded Obama.
Hillary got the Chinese funding.
See my tag line.
“Thats ok if you dont vote for McCain. He won the GOP primaries without the support of Freerepublic.”
Good, he’s always shown he doesn’t want or need conservatives. He won the GOP primaries without the support of conservatives or republicans. That should tell you something.

McCain Supporters Farthest Off the Mark
WASHINGTON (March 31, 2007) A new poll using neutral language finds that primary and caucus voters have little knowledge of candidates immigration positions. The results also show that voters often do not share their candidates position
Among the findings: * Only 34 percent of McCain voters, 42 percent of Clinton voters, and 52 percent of Obama voters correctly identified their candidate as favoring eventual citizenship for illegal immigrants who meet certain requirements.
* Of McCain voters, 35 percent mistakenly thought he favored enforcement that would cause illegals to return home, another 10 percent thought he wanted mass deportations, and 21 percent didnt know his position.
* Voters often held different positions from the candidate they supported. Only 31 percent of McCain voters had the same immigration position as he does. For Clinton voters, 45 percent shared her position; 61 percent of Obama voters shared his position.

What an apt FReeper name to run the McCain list. Thank you for the laugh amidst all the gloom of what a McCain presidency would do to this country.
