We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to “rule” over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?
The baby is a separate, living, genetically unique human being who has just as much right to life as anyone else. You may not kill it.
If he’s not here with us in the flesh, the least we can do is carry him with us in our hearts...and let him inspire us...and do our best to follow in his footsteps.
Pipe dream you say? Many thought the exact same thing about organ transplants. Many once thought that same thing about proving that the Earth was not flat. Many thought that about the plague and polio. Many thought way about man surviving in space.
Your attitude is akin to Harry Reid’s in regards to the War. Defeatist and unable to see or talk about a subject in any other terms than your own view. You are talking to me the same way he talks to the press about W or Dick Cheney.
You speak of MORAL responsibility. Are you saying that Moral responsibility means having a pregnancy go full term where it began or are you saying that when a mother has a child she is bound to raise it? IF the latter applies, cool. Just say that then. I guess you would have to say that adoption is also a violation of that moral responsibility then, right? If the former applies the cool. Just say that then and don’t pretend your postion is about life. You cannot have it ten different ways.
It is now official, I have been told that my position IS abortion and I have also been told it IS NOT....that it is something different. So which is it?
Carrying the child to term for adoption does not address the changes to a female’s body that occur nor the risks of pregnancy itself. Time to be honest with yourself and see that this part of the discussion is simply dismissed by you as if it doesn’t even exist.
If a pregnancy goes to full term, how is the pregnancy itself aborted? It’s NOT. Isn’t that what is important? Have I missed something?

Fetal transplant is like playing musical wombs. It is medically absurd, and even if it becomes possible, it would carry severe risks, leave surgical damage, confound family relationships and solve absolutely nothing. The baby has the same threats in womb 2, 3, 4... infinity.

JS, this is getting barbaric as you look for ways for women to excuse themselves from the right to bear God ordained life. When a woman rejects the miracle of bringing life into the world, she rejects God.
This is the point of this entire thread. If this country accepts abortion, pregnancy transfers or whatever you call it, it rejects God, and we then have nothing and are enslaved to a pagan society that respects NO human life.
This entire abortion industry is incrementally moving towards just WHOSE life is viable? If the libs take control and force socialized medicine upon us, we will move from PBA to infants, from infants to children. What about the aging baby boomers as a liberal government sees them as less viable than the liberally indoctrinated 20 year olds.
This isn’t about finding alertnatives for women who want to terminate their pregnancies!!!! This is about God, life and freedom to live as God ordained us to do. This is why Jim is taking a stand, and it is about time we all do. If we stand up against incremental liberalism, with God’s help, we will stand against radical terrorists....because we definately don’t stand a chance without Him.
