Alito Hearings Set to Begin
Today the multi-day confirmation hearings for Samuel Alito begin. They are expected to last all week, possibly into Saturday. First up will be a series of opening statements by the eighteen members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. After that comes the introduction of Samuel Alito and his opening statement.

LOL! More of the Dems inverting the divisor and multiplying. They are still smarting from how badly they came off going after Roberts.
I mean, even the liberal mag Slate referred to "the ever deranged Joe Biden".
By comparing him to Roberts, they are trying to make people create a different memory so that it puts Alito on the defensive.
Alito once figured out how to change the copier toner and took phone messages for his entire staff when he gave them all Good Friday off. And when a fellow judge placed ornate lion statues outside her offices, Alito responded by putting up plastic pink flamingos beside his doors. The expensive lion statues were soon gone.

Sean Hannity is now reciting a long list of cases where Alito ruled in favor of racial minorities and women. He's predicting no mention of these cases by the MSM.
The news reports were all saying how he didn't answer questions as well in practice sessions, etc. He didn't look at his notes, though. I think he'll do fine.
