Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I just watched Bobby on Fox just now. What a good, honest, decent person he is. God will reward him and his family ni heaven! HINO will pay for everything! Life here on earth is temporary, Eternity is either heaven and hell, guess where HINO is going!!
I also heard him say that JEB says he can't do anything now. I know in my heart that is just not true, but JEB is going to say that of course and never give in and tell the truth even though we all know what the truth is. Shame on him! Terri is going to die!
I turned off the TV cause I don't want to watch HINO's side get on and talk about how beautiful Terri looks right now and how awful Terri's family is! That is so outrageous and a lie! And as for Greer, GOD help that man, cause he has no mercy from me or anyone! SOrry, but I have to say that he will pay royally for everything!

He did. Jesus was crucified, though innocent. Terri is executed, though also innocent of any criminal charge(s), save for not being able to reach a spoon to her mouth by her own hand. Would all our criminals be guilty of such crimes.

1) she is still alive .. he could only have them arrested AFTER she died
2) With out hard evidence of a murder .. Not only would Jeb would be thrown out of Court and he would also be thrown out of office

Well than I think it is time for us to make noise to the AG about this and keep at it until he does something about it. If I have to make a million calls, write e-mails and letters I will! The AG needs to get off of his but and do something!
