Extreme perhaps. But desperate times call for radical solutions. Don't get me started on the spineless executives who continue to shirk their joint duty to interpret the constitution. Anyway...
Jeb can have the attorney general arrest Michael Schiavo and Judge Greer for manslaughter (if not murder), then immediately put Terri in the victim protection program.
No flames please. I have not been watching all of the FR traffic on this. But I am sick about the situation.

He can not arrest them for manslaughter because
1) she is still alive .. he could only have them arrested AFTER she died
2) With out hard evidence of a murder .. Not only would Jeb would be thrown out of Court and he would also be thrown out of office
