Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

FV, no matter how this turns out, this band of Terri's Angels should really come together with a firm purpose. You've been in the forefront for this mother's child and her family for so long ... consider, please, what we should do and how we should go about to effect the change that is needed, in Florida and throughout the country. You rightly gave the name to Terri's supporters as "Terri's Angels" ... I'd like to see the name continued. Just my thoughts.

not going to listen to the conference. In fact I am walking away now from the computer and going to try and refocus what little is left of my energy on my precious, and wonderful family. I am so BLESSED with a Godly hubby, and daughter. They have been servants to me the past two weeks as I have literally lived at my desk, making calls, writing emails, and sending faxes.

My PRAYERS are with Terri, and her family.

On another thread it just said that Terri's parents are going to appeal to the FSC. Is this true? If so, then they changed their minds about giving up?

The 1999 law is not what's at stake here. Allowing Terri to be murdered, and not enforcing criminal law is. Jeb's cowardice is aiding a coverup of his state's corruption, by virtue of the fact that his inaction is permitting the destruction of evidence (Terri).

And this is besides the Constitutional crisis stuff.

They decided not to appeal to the 11th circuit. They are appealing to the FSC over this mornings ruling.

Felos is about to do a victory dance. He knows who owns the FSC.

Here's Felos.....Terris lips aren't bleeding...she is calm and peaceful. Skin not peeling. 1st time he's seen her....OMG...she looked beautiful! Peaceful and serene.

Communion for Terri refused....court issued an order...last rites have already been done. She gets the sacrament only 1 more time...by hospice Priest.

I have the definite impression that she hates their wrongdoing with a passion. I saw that in her work prior to any of TEJ's involvement with the Terri Schiavo story.

You might want that post deleted. I believe Brian Wilson is John Wilson's son. John Wilson is also a news reporter and I saw him give an editorial against Terri. I saw and heard him when he did it. I get a bad taste in my mouth now everytime I see John Wilson on T.V.
