The 1999 law is not what's at stake here. Allowing Terri to be murdered, and not enforcing criminal law is. Jeb's cowardice is aiding a coverup of his state's corruption, by virtue of the fact that his inaction is permitting the destruction of evidence (Terri).
And this is besides the Constitutional crisis stuff.

What I was saying is that Jeb won't help Terri and never intended to because he signed the 1999 law on removal of hydration and nutrition from severely disabled patients. The media would say that Jeb was violating his own law, and he could not withstand the scrutiny. I don't think he will ever be President.
