I think the way this was handled, Polly, was that Felos asked to move the hearing to another county. TheEmpireJournal would have reference to this in one of Scoop's articles.

FV, no matter how this turns out, this band of Terri's Angels should really come together with a firm purpose. You've been in the forefront for this mother's child and her family for so long ... consider, please, what we should do and how we should go about to effect the change that is needed, in Florida and throughout the country. You rightly gave the name to Terri's supporters as "Terri's Angels" ... I'd like to see the name continued. Just my thoughts.

Terri was moved into Pinellas County when she left the Largo nursing home. I believe Largo is in Hillsbourgh County. Into Pinellas county and Greer's courtroom. That was part of the plan too.
