Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Well, no "well-known" Christians that I know of. I was referring to others here, who claim to be "Christian" and "conservative," in the Florida senate (that King character, for instance, who claimed we were doing "God's Will" by "allowing" Terri to die), etc. There certainly have been those from both parties on the tube, both pro and con. The evil judge Greer is a republican, Jesse Jackson, Lanny Davis and Gore's ex-attorney Boise have all supported Terri. I was only trying to make the point that this isn't partisan. It's good vs evil and I'm surprised by many on both sides.

It doesn't matter what he (Greer) believes. The US STATUS QUO=LIFE is at stake. It seems George is suffering from Lame Duck syndrome. Jeb should feel nothing to loose he doesn't have much future. I think he should be looking to establish himself by looking to develop new mode for a governmental system of righeousnous he is responsible for and is a focus of failure. Especially since the court of Judge Greer has now set the precedent of food & water, being medical treatment. Very ridiculous, but all the courts have affirmed it. Even the United States Supreme Court.

KVI Seattle radio station has aired the affidavits filed into court.
If everyone called and called the F.B.I. and demanded they protect Terri, they would have to do it. I sent this to Jeb Bush, and the President Bush Under Article III they have the power and the case can sort out later. Save her life! Now!

The judges only have power during good behavior and having a conflict of interest with being buddies with her husbands attorney he should of recused hisself. (They belong to the right to die group. )
