I've been away from the news and my computer most of the day. What's going on? Any news fom the 11th Cir.?

Can anybody take a couple of minutes and help me out here with an update?

I haven't heard anything about the full 11th Circuit. There has been another attempt to get something before Greer, which someone else said got "laughed out of court," ruling tommorrow, likely denied. But the 11th... we haven't heard anything yet.

11th turned down appeal.

Last ditch suit filed for Shindlers with Greer to allow testimony that Terry said she didn't want to die. He'll rule at noon tomorrow.
