It's Spring Break in at least three counties surrounding this Pinellas County hospice.Sorry to burst your bubble!
Don't worry you did not burst my bubble. You could'nt. I don't even know you. And besides the caption of the pictures state that this family is from Texas, not Pinellas County. And I did not state anything, I asked a question Gator.

What does this have to do with using children as a publicity stunt? Parents want to make a point have the parents do the protest. Sad that the parents could not get these people into court under oath and available for corss examination. The case is now over - the ruling has stood review up to the Supreme Court.

Hm.....it's hard for me to know what to think about this considering that I've slammed every "liberal" article I've ever read at FR that was written by, or includes quotes from children.Usually it's an article asking kids what they think of having "two mommies" or "two daddies".
Children may very well be correct but it's usually impossible for them to be informed on any complex issue so I dismiss them out of hand.
But these are kids whose actions I agree with so that puts me in a awkward position, intellectually.

The president can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so. The judge can still take time to ruminate over this case. This action would not interfere with the judge. And since Greer already flaunted a Congressional subpoena his ruling is highly questionable.
Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.
Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.

I was merely commenting on your statement about the feeding tube.
The case has not sttod up to review of the Supreme Court...they've refused to even hear the case. How could it 'satd up to their review" if they won't even ebtertain arguements from the parties in the case?

A people that is stupid and immoral enough to 'elect' a jackass such as bill clinton, DEMAND he stay in office no matter what he did, and, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, re-elect the jackass, is going to be reaping this for years to come. Why would you be appalled?

I'm surprised you aren't referring to the father or the children as me-ocrats as you do to anyone else who bucks authority (either legitimate or not).
There's hope for you, yet....

You are right, I didn't notice that they were from Texas when I read the caption. Sorry, my mistake!
Although I don't think it really matters whether they are homeschooled or not, other than that there is apparently an implication that is being drawn from that possibility, and not necessarily by you.

It now appears Jesus did commit one sin after all. He did give that woman at the well water.

That's rich; right up there with "Have you stopped beating your wife, yet?"
FYI: The text was (allegedly) the mother's own assertion as to the actions of the children. So, who are you condemning as the liar, here?
Was Mom just some nag setting the whole thing up as a media stunt?
Or, did the reporter fabricate the quote out of whole cloth?
Or, maybe the picture came from a photo archive of an anti-crime school activity in an Outer Slobobian academy three years ago and none of this really happened in Florida today at all.
In the same vein:
Do you honestly believe that China exists? How do you know, have you seen China?
And what about your presumed brain? Do you insist that it is real? None of us have seen it. Have you? So, how can you so blindly assert that it is really there?
Have I utilized enough ridiculous parody to beat this completely into the ground, yet?
Please respond with laughter; I am.

How dare they.
Religiuos nuts.
Of course I am being sarcastic. I am proud of these children and what they stand for. Unfortunately trying to save an innocent human life in America today is against the law in some quarters.
