At least 200 have been found, and extracted out of deep rock at the Wonderstone Silver Mine in South Africa, averaging 1-4 inches in dia. and composed of a nickel-steel alloy that doesn't occur naturally.
Some have a thin shell about a quarter inch thick, when broken open are filled with a strange spongy material that disintegrates into dust upon contact with air.
A complete mystery according to Roelf Marx curator of the South African Klerksdorp Museum, as the one he has on exibit rotates on its own, locked in a display case, free of outside vibrations.
The manufactured metallic spheroids have been mined out of a layer of pyrophyllite rock and geologically and by the various radio-isotope dating techniques are shown as being 2.8 - 3 billion years old, long before man, as shown at the bottom of the graph.
Somebody or Something obviously has been around for a long time, before primivive humans.
They also baffled NASA, according to info from the Museum.

Don't let Sheila Jackson Lee (D), Houston see that. She'll think that is on Mars.
Is this what you meant? Or were you joking?
Slow down and chill. You will learn all in good time. Supposedly, the Andromedans and the Pleiadeans have our back in all this. We are royalty to them. Ever wonder where our unexplained strands of DNA came from? (222 in all) Now you know.
Sit back, watch and enjoy the great fireworks in the sky soon.
I know, you want to know when all this will take place. Sorry, they never sent me a memo from the astral plain main office, and certainly wouldn't confirm any dates anyway.
That doesn't sound too hard...
Except God . . .

Aha!
Uses for WebTV-MSN-TV
1 - El-Cheapo internet starter
perfect for web beginners, seniors, disabled, kids, backup web/email, backup business internet unit, eBay, webpages (I have over 400 pages on just one website - with audio BG music or voice audio, Javascript "mouseover" images - saves page space for photos, lets you double-triple animations - I discovered a way to squeeze a 3rd "INTRO" image into a short & simple 2-image mouseover Javascript code)
A - WebTV/MSN-TV Classic - about $75-$125 (almost disposable - like my new $50 Sunbeam microwave)
B - WebTV Plus - about $175-$225
no longer mfg. but available from dealers - has Picture-In-Picture
C - New Model MSN-TV2 - no TV PIP - but some added features they say - I'll stick with my circa 2000 RCA WebTV Plus receiver
2 - Hooks up in under 5 minutes on 56K dialup - MSN has 8 Toll-Free local Connection Phone Lines
3 - Backup for computer - PC in the shop or having Problemos? Use your WebTV - Computer in the shop? Virus - Worm? ? Use yer WebTV-MSN-TV
4 - Cheaper web service - Two (2) internet/email units (both in use at once) on one (1) 56K dialup phone line - MSN has a 2-Fer INTRO MSN-Internet/email (6 addresses & favorites Home Pages!) at about $21.95/mo if you have a computer and buy an MSN-TV and pick MSN Internet Service as your IP - I pay $24.95/mo just for WebTV Internet Service- Bill Gates giving away more freevies!
Kids using the internet for homework? Spouse online? No Problemo!
5 - Audio - Audio output jack to my big ol' classic (eBay from a Las Vegas pawn shop for $25!) Marantz stereo receiver-tuner-amplifier to good speakers - gives your
6 - Faster and virus-free email - better toolbars - (but) no email software - to add images, audio to email you need a bit of basic HTML
7 - Free periodic automatic software feature updates by MSN (Microsoft) - my "servers" & info is somewhere in southern California - not taking up space and money here on my shelf - firewalls and virus protection are automatic and free and done by MSN for me - WebTV/MSN-TV units cannot "get" viruses or worms to mess up your email or web navigation or use
8 - Portability! - take just your tiny (smaller than a VCR) WebTV/MSN-TV Internet Receiver with you and use in hotels, vacation homes, etc. access your email and the web - hok up to any TV and phone jack in seconds
Try "The Kid" at wtv-zone
use "drop-down" menu - select HTML
"The Kid" cannot spell but is a PC & WebTV genius - many freevies & tutorials and links to free online graphics modification sites here - no expensive software is needed - 99% of my graphics are done using freesource online sites
http://wtv-zone.com/TheKid/index.html
"Norbert" has a great site too -- free "linkable" .gifs, backgrounds, audios, .midis, tricks, tools, linkable email "SIGS" with audio, etc

I am on my RCA WebTV Plus wireless keyboard now - I have two (2) big TVs hooked up my Zenith has this FR page on it with DirecTV HBO Channel 14 PIP in lr corner - my Philips/Magnovox has the same movie on at full screen
I can control both TV channels on the keyboard - Volume/MUTE for my Philip/Maganox is controlled by WebTV Plus keyboard (or my RCA WebTV Plus remote for WebTV, TV, VCR, Satellite/DirecTV, Marantz Stereo Amplifier, DVD)
I can watch 2 movies at once using my WebTV Plus (MSN-Tek wanted to hear how I set it up and also how I accessed DirecTV with a satellite control box & code) while also on FR - Monica Crowley is on my radio on WABC 770am NYC (not on my WebTV) my iced Corona is in my fridge - not my WebTV
I use a spare small RCA remote to control TV volume on my Zenith TV
Sunday! - Sunday! - Sunday! - 2 NFL games at once or NASCAR + NFL + FreeRepublic
TV Screen "capture" (WebTV email option) is standard and no "TV card" or software is required - get a "TV snapshot" .jpg in seconds to add to email, upload and use in your webpages, post on a FR thread (but not quite as fast as Freeper "Norms Revenge" using his computer)
- WebTV downsides :
1 - a pain to "grab" images from emails
2 - WebTV "community webpages" are slow, hard to set-up, edit, - use Tripod, Angelfire, GeoCities free websites - others that are "linkable" to post your own "saved" images and audios on FR or elsewhere -
3 - No "Java" (but I have Javascripts and write/modify JS for my own uses) so no "applets", etc - Who cares!
4 - .pdf pages have to be read thru a WebTV online tool site - big deal!
5 - Some Real Audio & MSV is not compatible yet, no "Flash" over 4.0 (yet) - big deal - I have music webpages with .mp3, .wav, .ram, .mid, .au
Right now my best music webpages - WWII/White Cliffs Of Dover & my Elvis pages (with my tricky JS Elvis mouseovers on some of my own created/modified animated graphics - from his concerts, photos, videos) are not accessible for audio as my best server is being moved/updated
It's taking my webhost too long but I'll survive using Tripod and Angelfire "mirrored" or "backup" pages and audios and images
6 - I cannot "cut-out" an image figure as computers with PhotoShop can - but that is a rare need and I managed to turn out some scathing graphics of Kerry & Teresa
Quick solution is too get a computer user to email you their transparent background cut-out figure - upload, resize, add to your main BG image(s) - I have only needed to do this 3-4 times - 4+ years - no big deal
Bill Gates bought WebTV about 1997 - promoted a woman to improve it - now calls it MSN-TV -
7 - Connection speed with a 56K dial-up connection on WebTV
Still much faster loading audios, (.wav) than a laptop 56K dialup - not a quick a a cable modem and a DELL computer but fast enough for 99% of pages
I added some Real Audio .ram audios for those 56K laptop users to my WWII (era) and Elvis pages who have to wait for .wav or .mp3 files to load before playing
When I first got my RCA WebTV Plus I could not even send an email to my lib NYC sister - I found a few HTML tutorials and also saw basic WebTV emails have some short cuts with using HTML or email software
The best thing about WebTV users is they have many free tutorial and toolsites they set up only using their WebTVs for both WebTV & PC users
WebTV also has several features computer users do not have : "moving backgrounds" on webpages, 6 instant Home Pages with email & large favorites files plus F-Keys on all 6 Home Pages
Computers have too much hardware, cost way too much, tie you to a desk unless a laptop, screen is to small, require expensive software updates, firewalls, security, vunerable to viruses and worms, break down to much (too much hardware, incompatible components. etc.)
I have not added a printer (yet) as I can email the URL to a NYC location and get printouts free the next day - no scanner as I have not needed one
I can add video-cam (or TV - I caught the 2nd highjacked jet hitting the 2nd WTC tower on 911 while the FBI could not even email photos of the highjackers - theyhad to "Fed-Ex" them overnight to district FBI offices - the FBI needed some cheap WebTVs and a few kids to send the photos!) "snapshots" to my emails in seconds
Add 30 seconds of audio from TV or videos to emails
I don't find much need or reason to turn on a PC now
Some of Bill Gates competitors said the "set-top" web access using TVs as video monitors was the future of the internet
Gates bought WebTV, renamed it MSN-TV, improved it -
His competitors talked about it - Gates/MSFT just did it
For his giving away freevies (MSN loses money still, WebTV/MSN-TV is a tiny fraction of the cost of a PC) Gates/MSFT got sued by the Klintonistas
liberal democrats cannot stand an entrepreneur being innovative or successful - they scream corporations are greedy but if one uses "loss-leaders" or sells units at or below cost to gain market share for later software users - the libs go nuts and sue the evil Bill Gates/MSFT for billions
Look what Gates gives to REAL charities compared to Teresa Heinz/TIDES which gives to Commies, Islamic terrorists, Enviro-NUTZIES, the democrat/Kerry-Fairy PartyOn/MoveOn.borg (crooked 527s to get around CFR)

Notice to Bill Gates :
You told me the check was in the mail - Please double it next month
....and Bill - send a good sized donation to Free Republic - they fought Janet Reno and her DOJ and the Klintonistas for you
WebTV/MSN-TV puts many newbies on Free Republic and FR puts many on your gizmos as backups and starter web access tools - reciprocate Bill it beats paying millions yo liberal lobbyists in the beltway
- Thanks, devolve
lost in the deepest darkest jungles
P.S. - check out MSN for their 2-Fer INTRO internet access El-Cheapo deal - It will get more good new FReepers and more on the internet and scorning the MSM propaganda that put a bloody to Bill Gates'/MSFT's
neck to extort billions using the Jenet Reno DOJ
History Channel, FreeRepublic, & Formula I racing all on right now - I still have not told MSN how to hook up two TVs at once to one WebTV Plus - yet access two different TV channels at once using only my WebTV Plus wireless keyboard - show me the money Bill!
Wow. Thanks for the post and ping to this great article! The link has yet ANOTHER link to a related, detailed article about these spheres.
Nope!
It was a single cell animal that ingested minerals and evolved by inventing celibacy instead of sex.
You are cool.
Nope, you are totally correct. ...I am not joking, I have the book.
Awesome list.
The whole idea was to be maximally user friendly but with growth potential. I know because I know some of the original developers pretty well.
I get a kick out of reading those vanities that go something like: "Help, my dll dequamulated and even though I pabed two jarmbs I still can't oscorit the nakub formater."
My dll never desquamulates. ;->
Don't touch those spheres!
Perhaps the article is the fantasy of the website owner?
Of course it is! They couldn't say it if it wasn't true - just like CBS, NBC, ABC ...
