Congratulations! You know that there are statistics that show that when men do fight for custody, they win a substantial amount of the time. But, usually men only fight for custody when the mother is a drug-addicted ho. It is a sorry fact that too many men settle for far too little time with their kids. It is not good for the children to be limited in their access to either parent.
My X had been manipulating my children. She had wanted them to lie about me and throw fits in public when with me.
She had denied me visitation even though the court ordered it. She moved in a male she met on the internet.
I documented it all and kept a journal.
I did every thing the court had asked me and she did not.

What's the situation with mom? Seriously unfit? Less fit than you? A basically good person? Someone to protect the kid from?
Men are not handicaped on this issue just because they're men!

This was never a get even situation!
I had asked for me to have standard visitation and the court granted it but it was her that fought me out of revenge.
My X went through three lawyers.
How can you be so sure?
Do you think you would have won if she had strictly complied with the court's directions?
I'm wondering if her refusal of visitation despite court order was the key factor in your outcome.
Personally, I think it's enough that she moved some random guy she met on the internet into her home. That speaks volumes about the judgment of his ex, especially if they have daughters.
Kids need a mom and a dad so don't forget that.. I'm sure you desevered to win custody because the judge would not have ruled it otherwise. Please make every effort to show your kids that you love them always and make every effort to not destroy the image of their mother no matter what she is. They can make up their own minds on that.
