Do you think you would have won if she had strictly complied with the court's directions?
I'm wondering if her refusal of visitation despite court order was the key factor in your outcome.
There was several key factors.
Her not following court orders. Her history of pulling the kid's from school to school(last time she pulled them out of private Christian school) her telling my daughter she could not be seen happy in public when with me. The days they missed school when with her on and on. Her being upset with my son when she found out he was happy with me.
