The Ark Encounter, a full-scale, 510-foot long model of Noah's Ark, has opened to the public in Grant County, Kentucky. It is the largest timber frame structure in the United States and the largest free-standing timber frame structure in the world.
I find this fascinating in light of biblical prophecy, specifically 2 Peter 3:3-10:
Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, Where is this coming he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation. But they deliberately forget that long ago by Gods word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.
But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.
The mockers are definitely present, just as in the days of Noah:
Is it merely coincidence that Jesus said His return would be at a time like the days of Noah? What a fitting reminder of both the previous worldwide global calamity and the words of Jesus found in Matthew 24:37 and Luke 17:26.
Here is the official ribbon-cutting ceremony:

Good question. Noah was exactly 600 years old when he entered the ark according to Genesis 7:6. He began having children when he was 500 years old (Genesis 5:32) and Shem, the middle child, turned 100 two years after the flood (Genesis 11:10), so Noah began building the Ark at roughly the age of 500. It took around 100 years to build the ark, which is a very reasonable amount of time for Noah and his three sons, plus perhaps hired labor if they were wealthy in their time.

Does anyone know how old Noah was supposed to have been at the time of the building of the ark and how long he was supposed to have lived?Wow. You're just like all the FReepers who expect the rest of us to Google for them.

I don’t think anyone expects you to do anything. If you have some knowledge on the subject and feel inclined to share it, great. If not, whatever. There’s nothing wrong or needy about asking a casual question.

Needs one of these
or maybe even two, in order to plane.

Never understood why so many people expect the Ark to still be visible today......nothing in Scripture says so, and there’s little chance that any of it survived the centuries.

With modern power tools it took over 300 man-years of labor to build each of the Ark 'replicas'.
