The Republicans Control Everything

So many people have been coerced into mistakenly believing that Bush is their savior.
It is US against the Republicans AND a large segment of the American people. A 2004 election does not encourage me into thinking that the Democrats could upset Bush¡¦s wagon.
After robbery in broad daylight of election 2000, the Democrats would have to force their way into the White House, even if they were elected in 2004.
We hear about voting machines that can be rigged with no paper trail. Are the Democrats making a stink about this? No! In my opinion, the democrats will be spending huge amounts of money and just going through the motions. In the end, rigged voting machines will likely beat the Democrats, not Bush.
It is as if the real patriots have been herded into a corral with no way out. The Republicans have locked the gate of democracy and stand guard over it 24/7.
It is an ugly picture for the Democrats and Americans in the know. Some may say that their battle will be uphill. I think the battle will be more like conquering a mountain in their bare feet.
The Republicans control everything:
The Presidency
The House
Senate
Supreme Court
The Justice Department and the Federal Appeals Court in D.C.
Media outlets
How can we help but feel like our team is in the 9th inning, our opponent is whipping us 22-1 and the umpires refuse to inspect the other team's illegally weighted bats?

Tell me what attractive proposals that the Democrats are putting forward, versus what the Republicans are supporting, and I might believe the election will be interesting to watch. But, the Democrats are only AGAINST everything the President and his party proposes. Tell me why a registered Democrat would feel compelled to vote for them, other than their blind hatred for Bush.

Republicans barely control the house and the senate. We have the presidency. We by no means control the media though in ten years we will. We don't have the Supreme Court - if we did then Roe v Wade would have been overturned by now- but that is coming. As for your pathetic assertions of voting machines being controlled by Republicans I can only say seek professional help.
The GOP will be the dominant party in this country within 5 to 10 years and will be for at least 50 years like the Democrats were from FDR to Reagan. Republicans like my Great Aunt Flossie suffered through these years of Democrat dominance all her life. You will suffer the same fate.

Don't know what this clown is complaining about.
He/she/it still gets Big Government, Loss of Free Speech, Confiscation of individual firearms, illegal aliens by the bushelfull.
I can't tell a damn bit of difference between the Dims and the Republicans other than under the Republicans we at least get to protect ourselves when our country is attacked.
Other than that, there is hardly any difference.
