I'd say the lawyer is a Nazi, except I know he's merely greedy.

I wonder how this stuff affects type two diabetics and people with triglyceride problems and lipidemia. Certain cookies knock me flat on my back.

All Nabisco (or any other really large company) should do is put an ad out for a hitman.

Make lawyers think twice. This is insane.

Let's go back to good old palm oil, tallow, and lard. Not a single trans fat in any of those.

I tried a tub of one of those "healthy" non trans fat margarines. Called Smart Balance or something like that. It's hardened with palm oil. It doesn't taste all that bad going down but the aftereffects are like that of having consumed axle grease.

A cardiologist friend will not go near trans fat. Bad stuff, evidently.

When I first saw the title, I thought the thread was going to focus on the new product that is chocolate on the inside and white on the outside. Alas, the isn't cookie racism. We have equal opportunity bashing of all races of Oreo.

On the rare occasion that I consume an Oreo cookie, my preference is the green, minty insides with the chocolate cookie outside. Does anyone know if the orange insides have an orange flavoring around Halloween?

Ha ha, when I first saw the headline I thought Oreos were being banned because they were politically incorrect! Man I need to get out of this place, it's starting to mess with my head. :D

It just keeps getting better.

A liberal idiot in the governor's mansion, ultraliberal ideologs in the legislature and dumb f---s with way to much time and money in the court system.

I'm surprised no one has contacted California for it's movie rights.

Today they ban Oreo cookies, tomorrow chocolate, the day after steak, eggs, bacon, then they follow with milk, and so on.

Pretty soon we will get a "government approved nutricious food pack" to be handed out by the government, all other food will be banned because it's not healthy. It's all for our own good, of course. And naturally all farms, food factories have to be owned by the government.

Then of course there will be no need for us to keep any of our money, the government will just take 100% right up front, and they will provide us withe healthy food, appropriate clothes, shoes (after all, heels are not healthy for women, so they shouldn't be worn)...

Welcome to communist "utopia".

They came after the tobacco companies. They came after SUV's. They came after meat-eaters. They came after loggers. They came after gun owners. They came after the religious. They came after the wealthy. They came after hunters. They came after pro-military patriots. They came after constitutionalists. They came after pro-lifers. They came after dairy farmers. They're coming after cookies.

Isn't it soon time to wage another revolt?

"Mister, here's $40. Can you buy me a nudie mag, a bottle of whiskey, some cigarrettes, and a pack of Oreos?"

I've heard that these taste good, and they have no trans fatty acids, but this guy keeps getting arrested in front of the factory, while yelling,

"It's people!"

Whatever.
