I'd say the lawyer is a Nazi, except I know he's merely greedyHe is not suing for any money he just wants the sale of cookies heavy in trans fat not to be sold to children. OK so he's a little bit off the deep end by inviting the government into our lives once again, but on the other hand partially hydrogenated vegetable oil is one of the worst things you can eat and it is in just about everything. But again its everyone's choice on what to injest.
