Looks like the President had a run-in with some ornery brush on one of his runs!

Poor baby!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL YOU BUSH BABES AND BUCKS!!!

May the new year bring us all peace, love, happiness, and everything else that is good. We have been through rough times, and hopefully the new year will be uneventful (like someone earlier had mentioned.)

May the President and First Lady get the well deserved rest that they both need. God only knows ALL of the hardships that they are going through.

Here's to the new year, here's to us, here's to our great country, and here's to George and Laura. God Bless us all and keep us safe.

Agreeing with you to double our prayer efforts for the President and his family.

They are in great danger at all times, and it has to weigh heavily on the President......who loves them so deeply....... because it was his decision to run for President that has increased the danger in their lives.

We will never know the burden he bears, but we do know that he knows the Savior who will lighten that burden.

Come unto Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gently and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30

May our President and his family claim that promise of Jesus, the Christ, for their burdened lives.

How blessed we are to have a President who seeks and knows the God who placed him in authority over us!

Do we know what the 'dump truck incident of 1999' was?

Do we know what the 'dump truck incident of 1999' was?

Lots of us know that one. It was when he was a new candidate for Pres. He was jogging alongside a road in TX, and a truck (I thought it was a flatbed, not a dumptruck, but no matter) almost skidded into him. His reactions were quick enough to allow him to dive into a ditch. He got scratched, but he surely would have been killed if he hadn't reacted so quickly.

It was an American people's guardian angel who did that, for sure!

"...any big plans...?"

Not hardly, oWf.

LOL..I have upper respiratory virus,
or bad allergies, or both.

And my cat has an infection...

Just a quiet evening at home, with
football and "Dick Clark's Rockin'
Eve", I expect.

Oh WOW! How could I not have heard about that?! Thanks for filling me in!

Indeed, the American people's guardian angel was at work, and is still at working protecting this President....as others are protecting his family!

I daresay there is an army of angels hovering over Crawford, Texas, even as we speak!

Just bumping by to say Happy New Year

I never made a ping list (I'd be afraid of not typing someone's name anyway) so this is for everyone...

Very best wishes for the New Year (-:
