Monthly Donors. Important Notice.

FR has changed the donation site and all monthly donors who wish to continue should re-input their information on the new site. Badjoe last ran the FR support monthlies September 20th. It is now October 21 so you are now out of danger of being hit twice in one month. : )

If you have not gone to the new site and re-entered your information your monthly has stopped.

Now I know you don't want that to happen it, so please go HERE to re-up.

The next Freepathon will come sooner and last longer if you don't do this now.

Please Freepmail Badjoe or e-mail him at Badjoe@socal.rr.com with your real name after you have done this so he can remove you from the old file.

Hi Howlin,

During the freepathon we asked those who re-upped to notify Badjoe so he could remove them from his old list.

We also asked them to hold off re-upping until after the 20th of October so they would not get charged twice in one month.

The amount on the scoreboard shown for new monthlies and re-ups is a very long way from the amount of monthlies Badjoe has in his file.

So this is a method of trying to contact those who have not re-upped yet.

I think every Freeper in their own way helps with the fundraisers and Badjoe is no exception.

The thread has gone up because -- to Badjoe's knowledge, based on those precautions taken in order to avoid double-bills -- there's roughly 301 who didn't re-up.

This thread is his chance to alert them and point them in the right direction now that -- as of yesterday -- he's no longer handling the monthlies.

He plans to send a reminder email to all those who don't re-up. The job will be easier with fewer names (and not all the old email addresses will be good anyway). It is easier to email 50 people than it is to email 300 people, especially for Badjoe as he isn't a computer guru. Someone like WIMom would have everything on a database, but we're still working on little things like Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V in this house. ; - )
